I think initially when they made laws Country was in a fragile and sensitive state...They were afraid even to make laws and pass certain bills Lot of protests happened when the Hindu Code Bill was passed

Actually Kalps at the time of independence, many ppl of congress were more interested in making their name and gaining power than actually doing what was needed.

Nehru is best example of it. All members except one had chosen Sardar patel for Pm and Nehru cried at the time, hence Gandhi said let him be, W*F?😡

they treated this as stupid game or what that you win I win 😡

All of them were lawyers yet failed miserably. also they needed to get more ppl from different field to actually form required organization, but power hungry kept all for their selves

Nehru did same with Indo-China war, rather than taking military action, he went in UN with his stupid peace speech to gain international fame 👎🏼
