Generally, i do not take nap for reasons that i cannot sleep in night .. I am finicky with sleep..

i am facing the same tune. If i take a nap then raatonki neend haram. Even if i sleep after midnight i will wake up at 6:30😲 and am up like ullu even on the day off

What's so strange about sleep finickiness ?? I can sleep in any noise instantly but cannot sleep at odd hours.
