one of long time customers almost month ago called to praise my service and said he'll send something in writing to manager.

He finally sent a card Tuesday so manager wanted to take picture and send it up to whoever for things. Branch specifically doesn't have employee of the month nonsense but may be bank does, I don't know 😕

I fought with my manager but had to take picture today
