They should properly complete their syllabus or else get fired.

Sahasra, I always buy it from Indian stores here and use it my cooking 😳😳😳

Since I am vegetarian, it provides me much needed protein😛 Didn't know Samir will endorse it some day 😳😳 I have 2 new boxes of it at home

look at our paagalpan that reminds me even i have nutrela soya chunks at home will cook it today as sammy said its healthy 😆 😆

It's a very healthy option for vegetarian people like me😛😛. I add it to almost everything I make to add a portion of protein in my diet.

It doesn't have any taste of it's own and also you need to soak it in hot water for at least an hour before using in your cooking😛😛
