It would be great if he does indeed produce a second season because I am certain that he will steer clear of the tried and tested formulas. But then, the issue remains of whether the the channel heads are willing to entertain this idea because for them, its eventually all about the TRP.

Yes pankhuri ...saw that news...it ws music to my ears...i am so so so happy 2day...he really cares for us and don't take us for granted like colors channel and BT...It seems all our efforts r getting paid off...if he would produce it then i am 100% sure that parichay season 2 will rock the Trp chart...and all wishes for dream track will come true...only one request, i don't want colors channel again...they simply don't deserve incredible actor like u...i can nvr forgive colors channel and BT for ruining my fav show...We love u samir sir and we will alwaz support u...lots of love sir...
