Do anyone know about the technicalities of twitter trending?

How to get #parichay trend there? How many people are needed? and what about the location? Any timing to hit twitter?

waiting for season 2...hope it work out...finger crossed...but surely don't want these twin kids around n neither leap...kids r boring if they shud be changed like anokhi n that with children of 9 yrs...n plz no OTT...so confused!!
