I sree here by presenting you all my case study on the program parichay ek nayi zindagi nayi sapnoka with an identified ongoing project KUNAL SIDDHI REUNION
Well I would like to introduce MR. KUnal CHopda gold medalist in law and Mrs. SIddhi KUnal CHOPDA who is also a lawyer
A bref of the project is here we go
SIddhi loved ANand Chopda a decade ago and decided to tie the knot with him but the destiny has something else in reserve for Siddhi and so destiny decided to allow ANand to kick off the bucket on the day of getting into a long term permenant project with siddhi. THe same day senior team member of the program Mrs .Veena chopda mother of ANand chopda wentinto a shock so Associate PRoject head Raj chopda decided to ask siddhis hand for his elder son KUnal chopda who has a proven track record of failures and rejection from society family his own freaking girl friend RIcha thakral.
SO Raj gets kunal and siddhi to get married there starts the aligned new project KUNAL SIDDHI UNION
After implementing lots of project Management Methodologies like Agile, waterfall, XP and Scrum with respective falls and bgains ... KUNALSiddhi fall in love for each other crazily and madly and consumate and declare a new seperate project - SINAL LOVE
BUt wth a consistent bug in the project development during all the phases of the above mentioned project details, SINAL always use to go for auditand qulity check trips I mean court cases either of them always go and settles in jail and the other keep fighting to save their partner.
FInally SINAL love with a strong deep blue print o f love is declared a temporary failure by the consistent bug RICHA THAKRAL...
Temperary stand by period of SINAL LOVE project headded towards 9 years with a sweet profits ANAND 1 and 2 their kids..
ANand 1 ended up with Sr Project lead KUnal chopda leaving kunal in communication gap that siddhi wanted to kill the sweet profit
and ANAND 2 ended up with Sulekha and Abhay supporting back up team members for siddhi but again leaving siddhi in communcation gap that Kunal tied knot with the bug Richa
Desitny decides to restart the stalled project with a different make over to the title SINAL LOVE as KUNAL SIDDHI REUNION
and here we start the presentation ...

Actuals= SInals love for each other

Once Actuals are invested
Investment of Actuals I.e., SINALS unconditional love for each other with two benifitable returns with interest i.e ANand 1 and 2
though no profits visible in the estimated project time of 6 months for the forecasted values of MU's created by RIcha
with the involvement of the vendor manager Abhay dewan by showing his interest on the partial actualis that is siddhi which inturn benifited the unseen actuals that is love between sinal ..and kunals jealous ...resulted in the transition of this project
Transition day 1: I
nternal proposals with their own clauses between kunal and siddhi and a workshop with goons to make the stakeholders of the project Kunal and siddhi to mutually get into a team work of saving each other or dieing for each other.
Transition day 2:
Stakeholders kick off meeting with in selves as to take initiative for due diligence and feasibility study as to what is the scope of future with the given caluses and loop holes, brain warming sessions within themselves and kick off meetings as nok jhok pinning words statements
TRansition day 3:
Feasibility study result = succesful and Kick start of Knowledge Transfer
Day 3: Phase 2
Knowledge Transfer :: getting the hold and feel of knowledge that they both crazily love each other and Siddhi approving and propsing her interest to kick start the project of SINAL REUNION

He too loves siddhi crazily and He too doesnt want to call off the project for ramp up i.e break ing relation with siddh but HE and SIddhi wants their project to go live - i.e, REunion

NOTE: Actualy to meet hte time line there are few shortfalls given the left over gaps hence the creative team is in the process of performig gap analysis and fill those gaps so that the porject goal is acheived with the approved extra timeline hence planning the project release by Diwali
