I have a feeling it will take another long Seema lecture for Kunal to wonder why sidhi did not leave when car was falling etc.

it is possible that seema may bring in sidhi's point of not getting out of the car to kunal , ie if they donot intend kunal to realise himself .

but i think realisation will start after they reach mumbai and temperorily get seperated just like the old man had stated that they would realise the love betwen them when they are apart !

so , kunal may have a session of self talk recounting all the jungle incidents and sidhi's confession etc and probably with added help from seema and anand 1 will begin his investigations .

also with the added fury that would be shown by richa on her return from bangalore shd for sure get his mind thinking ...
