1. KC was not present when Rohit died so why sud he be punished so who was Sid saving, acc to me herself - Very true thats what Siddhi felt also that he should not pay for her mistake & decided to sacrifice so that he could spend his life with his mother.are you not contradicting yourself, if it was Sidhi's mistake then she sud pay for it, how does it become sacrifice, as per me KC sud not be away from his mother for a single day, forget 9 yrs.😆 (p.s i don't like the mom) Afterall she never supported his decision of taking the blame on himself but stood by that decision because he said he will take care of thakkral in court -- lets not forget Rohit was not killed by her but was richas plan to get kunal - she went to jail knowing she didnot commit the murder but to save kunal No law is perfect, all over the world innocent ppl get punished (wrong but a fact) I never called sid a criminal or murderer, but under the given circumstances she and only she sud have been behind bars. Not saying this coz it was KC but even if it had been a driver or a bodyguard sitting next to her and took her blame i wud still say the same.😃

2. KC took the blame (he is not mahan)- Of course he is mahaan because who otehr than him would believe that the devil richa & the angle Siddhi would have such a drastic personality change during the course of the case & believe it without questioning it? Time to time they both have believed each other, (as suited them) lets take the c night for example, Sid sees KC in another woman's arms and hears him say 'i love u' KC comes home and says 2/3 times 'Sidhi kuch nahin hua' and she is fine with that believes him and gives herself to him (i have had problems with that, both with KC and sid but it is one of the fav moments of many so never say this but aaj baat nikali hai toh bata diya) again she too has believed Sulekha, and kunal's lie about KC being married to R. It takes a phn call to find out if he is married or not, she just has to call Chopra hse, change her voice and ask If KC is married or single (bol de survey hai, ask bout G too) even Veena mata wud tell her he is single.

3. She found and lost Rohit twice but still did not take a pic or vid (KC gold medalist but she too is/was a lawyer at least, even a layman wud make some proof) VERY FOOLISH - KC spoke to Rohit at the hotle gate & didnot even recognise him let alone catch him. Do gold medalist lawyers have x-ray vision too,😕 KC did not see Rohit's face, just heard a sentence from him Sidhi had heard Rohit's convo with R in bedroom but believed the BS R fed her about listning to phn rec.

4. after that she 'gifts' her hubby to R (sacrifice) - I guess when she did that she had faith in Kunals principles & intellect and believed that he would be safe out of jail with his family & would never compromise with Richa so she assumed this and compromised with Richa Isnt this the same Richa who accused her hubby of rape and tried to kill her, KC even if looks at her we remind him of this and Sid goes makes a deal with her, was she not putting quite a few life's in danger? you might say that the situation demanded, my question again is why were they in this situation? She had caught Rohit alive, he told everything to them, sud that not have been recorded, Richa reached the place, Sidhi met Richa there and knew that she was looking for Rohit, even after that no pic or recording was done???? Or taken Rohit to that judge uncle, or informed KC's police friend. This was not a theft case na, her hubby/she was being accused of murder. This was the biggest blunder by Siddhi, a lawyer.

5. R gets Gaurav in court with pics to prove KC is innocent so basically R is smart and sidhi again VERY FOOLISH. Could she not do the same, she sud have known that G had pics and SHE should have got this proof, bailed KC out. Then she wud have been mahan for me, many like me, her hubby and family too.- Siddhi had already confessed on the stand that Kunal was driving the car so as his lawyer producing snaps would not be considered evidence, why not, the moment KC was arrested she pleaded with the judge that he was not at fault, that he was only trying to save her, that he was not driving. The judge very clearly told her that now the time was over and he gave her 6 days to prove this, then she went to the Judges room too and was told the same, so the judge was ready to listen, If she was a smart lawyer (not gold medallist, uske karname dekh liye) then her case sud have started with the pics proving KC innocent and then she should have saved herself by providing evidence of rohit being alive (which she did not have due to her own mistakes unfortunately) but I wouldnt be surprised if down the line Gaurav some day confesses that it was Siddhi who gave him the snaps to produce in court well he did not in 9 yrs so cant assume this.

so in all this Siddhi is responsible for the barbaadi of not only herself but KC and the 2 kids. - If Kunal didnot have a dirty past which kept following him around Siddhi wouldhave never been in that position to begin with – What dirty past are we talking bout... that KC had a GF, all the FB that we have seen of KC n R, she seemed quite a normal girl doing normal things with Kunal, i dint see anything dirty. She became a pshyco after KC married Sid. If having a GF is dirty past then I am sorry to say most males above thirty wud have 2/3 dirty pasts, and quite a few women too.😆 Now it is not Kunal's fault if she turned psycho later on. 😛 acc to your logic Sid is having a 50% dirty present (abhay n KC a married man to whom she said in the office 'hatiye Kunal koi aa jayega, i was rolf coz agar koi nahin aane wala jagah hota toh koi prblm nahin hota kya😆 also taking him to her bedroom, shirt neeche bhi toh aa sakta hai😆)

Post leap she stays with the Diwan's coz she is insecure for Anand D, but KC ki insecurity kisiko nahin samagh main aati Well if Kunal with his entire family around him is so insecure then just think how Siddhi will manage if she does not stay with Diwans Single women manage quite well, sometimes even better than being with family but I don't have a problem at all with the insecurities coz when it comes to ur child even 1% of insecurity makes you do crazy stuff which they both have done.

post leap She goes and forgives Richa for killing her kid, why? is it coz R is KC's wife (through blackmail), then more reason to sit on her n beat her black n blue for stealing her hubby and killing her child (as per the show) What kind of mother is this????? - here I agree with you that she should have beaten the living daylights out of the woman when she saw her Thanks at least we agree somewhere, kal bhi when she entered the bedroom i wud have been v happy to see her thinking that this is the place where the kids were conceived and there was the murderer of her child, clinging to the father, it sud have enraged her but all she did was follow R's order of picking up the shirt, she sud have said 'come get it yourself ******'

These are completely my POV, for me Both KC and Sid have been butchered to the point that I can't recognize them. I am big Parichay and KC fan but I can't be biased or blind to his fault, whenever required we KC fans have criticized KC. To the extents that we have shown our displeasure with the character on twitter to EK/NB and gang, sent mails to BT and colors. Eg KC not working for 9 yrs for me is 'Nikamma' I don't buy the love shove theory, if he was alone i'd say chalo lazy hai upar se devdaas but he had AC with him. Not acceptable.👎🏼 He not trying to find out anything for 9yrs regarding the case was foolish too (i still hope they can show some FB that he tried, failed and gave up😛) His lie bout being married to R is pathetic,😡 makes me feel sick.🤢 He cud have just said I have moved on in this 9 yrs and have someone else in my life (Sid needn't know the name 'tumse matlab") but completely unnecessary lie. Can go on bout his butchering too but these 3 r my main ones and yes one more being a sharabi in front of AC is not setting a good example.😡
