He is obssessed with Siddhi! Just like the vamp is obssessed with him🤢 He will not forgive her and let her be because he thinks she appointed him to make him her subordinate and may be fire him. After the decade long velagiri he will suddenly turn into a revenge seeking psycho! After all, thats what he has been learning from the vamp all these years! Also, he will not leave the job because they need trps and we need Sinal!

Hmm...I believe Kunal as a person behaves in extremes. When he loves someone, he loves them with all his heart and to the point of doing everything he can to protect the one he loves from harm (he readily took the blame for Rohit's accident to save Siddhi; he beat the crap out of Thakral after he posed insulting questions to Siddhi) but when he hates someone, he also takes that to an extreme (his continuous battles with Thakral). I think this extremity is what drives him to the edge and can pretty much be used to justify why he becomes totally helpless (and useless :P) when the people he loves leave/hurt him. When Richa left him he was very hurt, upset, angry, but then Siddhi came into his life and gave him the support he needed to rise again and she gave his life so much more meaning and direction than Richa ever could. Siddhi's presence healed all his wounds and so when she said all those hurtful things and walked out of his life, she not only hurt him but left such a HUGE void in his life that absolutely no one, not even his own child could get him to get out of this miserable hellhole he had fallen in. No wonder I always feel that Kunal genuinely loved Siddhi and after the continuous ups and downs in their lives he had come to understand, adore and truly LOVE her with all his heart. I think when the people you love the most in this world give you so much pain, you find it hard to move on and forgive because there is always that slight sting in your heart when you think of the person. Its like a scar that never heals. I always felt Kunal's 'supposed' love for Richa is NOTHING compared to his love for Siddhi, Siddhi very easily eased his pain of 5 long years but even after 9 years, no one has been able to take that place Siddhi left in his heart. I feel he wants revenge against her, NOT because he hates her, but because he still loves her, if he truly hated her, I believe he would quit this job, walk away and never ever in his life see her face again, but somehow his jibes and threats of destroying her seem to be there only because he loved/still loves her so much and she basically threw his love away when she said all that crap about money and now this love is coming out in his spiteful comments. If he did forgive her and move on it would mean he doesn't care anymore if Siddhi exists or not, but he can't forgive her because she has been on his mind for the last 9 years and now that she is in front of his eyes, he is only reminded of the love they shared, how she hurt him and insulted his love and took his life away. And the promo is only evidence for the fact that he still wants Siddhi, he threatens to bring out her real face, but he cannot stand the sight of anyone with her, in his heart and in his head, Siddhi belongs ONLY with him. According to me, forgiveness would mean moving on and not caring two hoots, but for Kunal, neither has he moved on in 9 years and even though he acts as if he doesn't, he still cares for and loves Siddhi :)

Because that isn't Kunal Chopra. A man who loves with all his might can't move on past the woman he loves. He wants to be around her. He may pretend to hate Siddhi. But the reason he is still working in the office is not because he wants to torment her but because he wants to be around her and find out why she left him.

Just one question...why did he believe her so readily when she said those hateful things & more importantly, why did he believe Richa?

That is something that even I haven't been able to wrap my head around completely. One can only assume that Siddhi's statements in court and what she said to him he went to speak to her in jail convinced Kunal enough to believe her. She made the hurtful remarks in both public and private and supposedly this was enough for Kunal to believe she was a conniving evil witch (😕). Although if Kunal did love her, he should have delved into the matter little further because the same Siddhi was fighting for him with all her might for weeks and isn't it weird that she SUDDENLY had a change of heart? The creatives were only in a rush to get the leap happening, so the story really went for a toss in that phase but I'm assuming that Siddhi sounded very convincing with what she said.


And him trusting Richa is the million dollar question, but well, I guess he "thinks" this mahaan aurat "saved" his baby from being killed so he feels "indebted" to her. Even during the Rohit case, Siddhi and his baby were the only two concerns Kunal had, so after Siddhi ditched him, his baby was the only thing he had to hold on to.

I'm not very convinced with the way they showed all this, but I can only assume these are the possible explanations (even though it is hard to fathom them).

Something just to add to the Richa part, Siddhi was trying to prove Kunal "guilty" but mahaan devi Richa came and saved his ass. And then there was all that crap about Siddhi taking money from Thakral, so I'm again guessing he believed Richa saved his baby because she did save him in court as well. Kunal also developed amnesia in this phase because he forgot about Richa trying to molest him, then her filing a rape case against him, getting Siddhi kidnapped and then trying to kill her 😕
