Kunal calls Abhay sarphira and says either his company will shutdown or it will be No. 1. Kunal asks Veena to wear her back belt which she does. Gaurav taunts Kunal that he will not work for much long and leaves, but others are happy for Kunal.
Sidhi in her room wonders how AD will react to what she said and hopes he got selfrespect like Kunal. Abhay enters the room excited and congratulates Sidhi for joining company as legal head. He says there are 2 good news. He says bartender too joined the company. Sidhi wonders about it but Abhay clarifies how the bartender helped him. Abhay does self boosting. Sidhi asks if Abhay went to kunal's house. Abhay tells her about the gold medal which they need to return. Sidhi takes the medal and starts looking at it. Abhay asks her to give it to Kunal which can help her. Abhay asks Sidhi to sleep well as next day will be her new beginning and her smile will be always with her. He leaves saying good night. Sidhi looks at the medal.
Kunal is going to office. AC asks to wear tie. Raj brings his bag, Veena n Seema bring curd and aarti. Kunal makes fun of it. Veena says its Kunal's new beginning. Raj cuts her for talking about sidhi. Kunal remembers SIdhi looking at tiffin. AC follows Kunal with tie.
At Diwan office, Abhay introduces Sidhi to everyone. Sidhi almost trips but says she is fine when Abhay asks if she is fine. there is curiosity about Sidhi's whereabouts in the office. Kunal enters the office. He gets a warm welcome. Abhay praises Kunal before Sidhi. Deepak boosts about Sidhi to Kunal. Kunal indirectly warns him and gets to meet Abhay.
Abhay leaves Sidhi alone in the cabin and leaves. Kunal enters Sidhi's cabin. Sidhi is busy with the books. Kunal is watching her and waiting. They both look at each other but from back side. Abhay comes and asks Kunal if he liked his new office. Sidhi too approaches them. Abhay introduces Kunal to Sidhi. Both are shocked. (background music - banjar hai sab) They both stares each other and Abhay. Abhay leaves them alone. Kunal remembers his confessions looking at her new avtaar. Sidhi remembers their close movements. They remember their court confession n divorce.
Abhay asks if they know each other. He says they are not against each other but should work together and tells how important his case is. Abhay says he fulfilled first clause by putting Sidhi as his only boss. Some papers fly. SiNal collect the papers. Abhay brings case files and starts explaining to them. they both are busy wth each other. Abhay gets a phone call and says he is late. He leaves the files with SiNal. SiNal stare each other.
