Hello and Bye Salman... I never used Bell and Rogers for phone for obvious reasons..
Been using VOIP since it's existence.. Currently with Primus TBB but as Bhavi mentioned Vonage is similar service, features and plan...
Looking at Nettalk Duo or using VOIP adapter and pay yearly instead of monthly..
Will share my views when i get there..
