Very true Bhavi.. We lose some of the Indianness read spiciness in eating habits too

Regards spiciness, as u go South, spiciness increases.. Northern food is more buttery and less spicy..

Ek gora aadmi tha. Jab uska ladka paida hua toh woh kala tha.

Tabhi woh apni patni ke paas jata hai aur poochta hai, "Yaar main bhi gora tha tum bhi gori thi to bachcha kaise kala paida ho gaya"

Aur phir uski biwi ne jawab diya, "Darling main bhi hot tum bhi hot sayad bachcha jal gaya hoga." 🤣

@bold - She already cleared my doubt - that is not a recipe it is type of rice like Basmati rice, brown rice, etc.
I know it is type of rice but was wondering if there is any special dish using it.. Similar to biryani or Pulav comes good with Basmati rice ..

Do it at your time.I know you are busy. BTW i send you some link over the weekend. May be you already know about it just thought it would be useful.

Well I have never been to South India, but have eaten SI delicacies here and they are very spicy😛😆 I ate at Andhra restaurant once and was very sick for next several days. I like dosa a lot though😊. My fav dosa place is Udapi Palace😛
