I think the upcoming twist is going to be that Kunal won't have money for Sidhi's treatment. Therefore they would lose the baby or Kunal would have to chose between one, Sidhi or his baby.This is a very common twist in indial tv series... I guess it looks like that there will be some complications in the pregnancy due to two factors. Firstly, Siddhi takes on stress quiet easily whether it's during this case or having an arguement with kunal or any other family problems. She has not rested for a moment since she's found out that she's pregnant. She's been constantly on the go. We have never seen her taking it easy or relaxing on the sofa or even lying on the bed with kunal comforting her!
Secondly, although during the fall after she was shot (Kidnapping) didn't result in the MC or any injury to the baby but her body has become weak and for that she needs to rest and eat well. I guess this has taken a toll on the pregnancy but I don't think it will ever result in an MC. If we think positively everything will be hunky dory and we'll see a healthy baby!
Money for the treatment will pop up like magic!
