pre-cap and wed promo

In the pre-cap Thakaral was provoking Kunal, he knows Sidhi and the unborn child are Kunal's weakness and he was taking full advantage and trying to emotionally provoke rather black mail Kunal..
now after seeing the pre-cap,,,I think the promo , Kunal taking the blame is for sure happening as he would never want his child to take birth in jail or spend his/her life in jail as Thakaral has said..
So all this means that he would take the blame and go to jail while Sidhi will do the investigation and fight the case??
like the rape case..

Yes it does make sense after combining the two that Kunal would be inclined to take the blame. But again how exactly is it possible? All I keep thinking is Kunal was no way near the car or the place. Also Siddhi will never let Kunal do that, not for her or their baby.

@jay ..he can say he was driving the car , which is possible as in CCTV footage the face is not clear due to rain and all.. plus he can also say his wife has taken blame to save him as he was drunk and driving / she loves him a lot or something of that sort ..it is possible..

@norzar..you are right, about Sameer saying truth will come out but the point is who will bring the truth out??..I mean i don't want a situation where Kunal is sitting in Jail and Sidhi is running around and doing all research and investigation to bring the truth and save Kunal...but seeing EK past record it is likely and highly possible and some where down the line i feel the pre-cap and promo point towards that.. though honestly don't want Sidhi taking the charge ye again and Kunal taking teh back seat..

@ norzor..hope and desperately wish you are right.. I also want Kunal to fight and win case but I don't trust Cvs.. and the promo and pre cap are scary.
CVs have this habit of showing female leads mahaaan, doing everything on their own.. and male good for impregnating their wife on the first physical encounter..Its is been their track record till now and the previous history also suggest the same thing... I am just going by that...
just keeping my finger crossed hoping what I am thinking turns out to be wrong and what you are saying is correct and that's what happens ..
