SiNal have a cute moment, Siddhi coughs, Kunal goes to get water!! Siddhi is worried that Kunal is taking so much of care for him, but she is. . . . Kunal comes back with water.. Kunal is in top form today... Siddhi decided to tell truth, but late backs off!!
