I was wondering who this new lawyer was as I did not see him before and then we get to learn he is indeed a new lawyer on his very first case. And he had no idea he was against Thakral.. the CV;s are trying to show that yes there was no one who could fight Kunal's case apart from Siddhi thanks to the way Thakral had everyone under his control. Now they need someone since SiNal are both not there so they have a replacement and show him as someone who does not have a clue of the case. Now if you are a new lawyer would you not still do the homework of learning about the case. If he did that he would have know the very least is who the parties involved were.
I just always like to watch Thakral the lawyer. Whatever happens he is always the best when it comes to the courtoom and today too the way he started the case. When he kept talking about him presenting all the facts and that Siddhi was just buying time I was like the rest of the Chopras wondering what is going to happen. Whether Kunal will end up coming or by some miracle Siddhi reaches right at the nth moment. What was strange was that although Thakral was all cool Richa was not and why was that. Richa is always the one to have a fake demeanor so over here why was she not smiling when everything was indeed going her way. She might have been worried about the CD exposing but still she knows her father and how good he is at manipulating stuff. She trusts her father and SiNal was not there so her nervousness was not something I expected from the scheming Richa.
Thakral really made this case interesting. I really liked the way he came prepared and he lived up to his reputation as a top lawyer. Instead of wasting any time and giving a chance for the new lawyer he twisted the case in such a way that was remarkable. He did not just give blind reasoning but his arguments if you did not know before hand was not right would make you believe in them. The way he changed the scenario to the kidnapping being done by Kunal for him to get more time and also that instead of the rape case the defense were now deflecting towards a kidnapping case was a remarkable. He did not object to anything that really happened but just gave the turn of events a new direction that would favor him. Also the way without badgering the new lawyer he still managed to get the new lawyer all confused and speechless. The way Thakral presented the CD and got the lawyer think that's the one. I would think any lawyer should know better to say that's the one. Its not like there is only 1 CD so more than thakral trying to trap him the new lawyer did the job for him lol.
Then we see Siddhi come and tell the court she has nothing nad needs another chance. In this case the poor judge he knows Siddhi and knows she is not wasting courts time. Also seeing her condition its difficult to not give her what she wants. And then on the other hand you have Thakral who has has rightfully said that Siddhi did the same last time and yet here she is again asking for another opportunity. What I did not understand is why did they not get the security camera guys from the hotel on the witness. They watched the CD with SiNal so just like the waiters witness was taken into account these 2 guys account of what they saw on the CD could also be. What about the lab where it was authenicated why could someone from there not let the judge know that indeed a CD was in play and had the proof. Anyways right now forget the CD we have finally Rohit saying the truth We knew that when Raveena was taken away from him he promised to get back at his sister and tomorrow seems to be the day. However what really changed his mind at this time apart from Raveena i do not see anything else. I am sure at the airport he must have overheard something that caused him to give himself up . I do not know if kunal had a hand although i think thats not possible.
