Quite possible but would be a blooper again.. Since in reality contempt of court is serious..
That case is still against Kunal and he has not be proved innocent... Till that happens, in reality he cannot fight.. but since this was 2 months old, EK would think viewers forgot all about that in the name of Sinal, so she may get Kunal to fight the case somehow magically... Old judge may allow that on humanatarian reasons..
Probably Nikhil [ assuming he has recovered. since they have not shown him again] or someone from Batliwala's firm...Or Kapil or vikram arrange for one...Or that inspector friend's friend who is a lawyer.. countless options if CV's think
