Something tells me that the promo is not related to the current track. Its rather after the rescue, I think . Richa probably found out that Siddhi is pregnant and she is fuming mad for now she knows that the SINAL has become one in body and soul. And with a baby on the way, no way, she can get her Kunal. That's why she wants to kill Siddhi so that there's nothing standing in her way of happiness to get Kunal back.

( why she can't get thru her sick head, that not only Kunal but no other man, in the right state of mind, would take Richa back, with their wives dead or alive) She reminds of Glen Close in Fatal attraction. ...
