Yeah more realistic Sapna would be Kunal trying to save Siddhi and goons hurting her...
Just find it weird that his mind is able to dream and think up shayaris 😆 This was just for Few viewers... you know when kid cries you give them Lollypop this scene was just that a lollypop for some of Sinal fans...😆😆😆😆😆😆
