i follow one american medical drama series whr one of d male lead has been honored vth name called Mcdreamy...so i ve been thinking this for a while now dat since i find samir soni a.k.a kunal extreamly dreamy so can v call him Mr Mcdreamy evn tho i think akadu looks better... wat do u think frnzzz.

*Ahem Ahem* I love Kunal/Sameer & find him dreamy enuff but to reach Mc Dreamy status, will take a little bit of effort, hit the gym big time & grow your hair out a bit & the rest will be magic😍😆

evn i dont think samir needs to hit d gym he is just sooo perfect...oh sorry he z just sooo dreamy n evn if he does make a good physique like most of d males are makin ryt now evn thn his physique vl b overshadowed by his perfomance😳...so to me he looks wonderful all d tym.

OMG! I thought the same exact thing when I first saw Sameer in Fashion!! And I loved him since before his Parichay days. Patrick Dempsey is the ONLY American actor that I think is extremely ☺️... and I've grown up in New York believe it or not. But Sameer Soni definitely reaches that mark or actually he scores higher with that smile! So yupp... he definitely deserves McDreamy status
