No no, I think She loves him truly. But she is not aware about Kunal's feelings. So getting physically close to him make her think ke Kunal would get offended. She thinks about his reactions to these. She was shattered when Kunal said their c-night was a mistake. Both of them have misconceptions about each nother due to lack of communication. Moreover Siddhi is scared as well as Intimidated by Kunal's personality a lot. So thats why she behaves that way.

@ Nidhi, yes it was in the episode just after the ME. Kunal said that are you taking revenge from me as you are angry due to what happened that night between us? Siddhi was hurt and got angry. Then pushed him saying bas. I felt bad for her. Kunal sometimes doesn't understand what he is saying. Thats why I am really scared and apprehensive about his reactiona to Siddhi"s pregnancy.
