I get that, but in return for what, since Witcha already knows about the dv. Personally i think this was pushed in to give Siddhi another go at a mahaan bhashan, nothing else.

Kunal cud have shapped her with a DEFAMATION charge the moment the case was withdrawn

In my opinion Siddhi shud have TRICKED Richa exactly the way Richa tricked Kunal

She should have kept quiet and smiled and appeared grateful that Rcha is taking case back

And after a day or two slapped THAKRAAL with DEFAMATION suit

This wud be BEST .

i agree to some extent dat atleast shuld have told kunal dat witcha had come to meet her nd presented such a deal...this wuld have atleast not added to their MU'S ...nd about siddhi turning down witcha's offer well dat descion was correct on her part i feel...coz kunal wuld have done the same...coz of course he wants to prove himself innocent nd get rid of the black spot which the father daughter imposed on him...just taking the charges bak doesnt prove him innocent right...soo this descion was correct...but yeah since this matter concerns kunal the most...he sholud have also be aware of this deal...dat way i fully agree...lets see now how siddhi ll proove kunal innocent after he is banned from fighting his own case resulting from contempt of court...

He is an ADULT ...he should know about his CHOICEs as it is is HIS life . Whether he wants to accept or reject is his choice . Siddhi shud respect that is my only point

Whether I want my green card processed or not , A case withdrawn or not , a career decision ...etc ...are MY choices and I would not like it if my spouse decides for me WITHOUT asking me
