Till this point Siddhi's portrayal was flawless . Now I wonder !!!!

If I was Kunal I would be super mad at her for taking decisions on my behalf as if I was a 3 year old child ...and not just that , taking maha impractical decisions !

Thakraal will use the DIVORCE card to show Kunal 's wife is not happy with him and itching to be free from him as he has rapist tendencies ...Kunal will lose it and try to hit him and will be stopped from trying jis own case .Then Siddhi will step in and shine !

But Its Siddhi who is very wrong in this . She had no right to take decisions on Kunals behalf .

Siddhi alternates b/w her stupid, gungi avatar & her jhasi ki rani avatars at will. i agree with almost all your points except one. Richa put the offer to her not to Kunal. So it was siddhi's decision to make, its another matter that she should have woken him up before agreeing to meet her alone.

cuz she knew kunal don't like her to meeting ritcha...last time when she met her kunal got angry with her isn't it...still she took the risk of meeting ritcha thinking that she may get some clue which will help kunal to win the case and another reason is her anxiety... 😉

yaar first think kunal accepted her as a friend ...still i know she don't have the right to take decision about him and she did not...she just said the reply what kunal would have told and what kunal already told to her when he came to know that she went to ritcha and asked her to with draw the case...so it is not her decision...😛

i don't think that would have been a wise decision😕..if she would have done that for sure kunal will come to know about it ...you know later what will happen😆...btw by taking back the case kunal has to live with the rapist accusation...that will be more worst...more over every one is confident about kunal winning the case...first thing he never lost a case next think truth always win...so y she should think about if kunal lose...

The 'offer ' was very direct . I am taking the case back ! She was literally told DON"T ! Huh ??? I mean huh ???? yaar kunal has already denied that offer in front of siddhi...then y siddhi is going to take...

On what basis did Siddhi make the decision ? Kunal has not given her any 'RIGHTS" as a wife just yet ...he is DIVORCING her ! And neither has he given her right to represent him in this case as LAWYER ! once again...it was not her decision...in fact she too initially want ritcha to give that offer ...but after knowing that siddhi went to ritcha to ask that offer kunal refused and said yeh case hoga...so she told kunal's decision not hers...😃

For a lawyer - reputation is everything - so withdrawal of charges would be insufficient for Kunal. What Richa & Thakkaral have done is a crime btw - malicious prosecution not to mention defamation.

Yes that is what I thought too, that withdrawing the charge doesnt necessarily "clear" him, & did Kunal mean defamation when he said "Maanhaani" charge. My hindi is a bit bambayia these big words are above & beyond me😆

I get that, but in return for what, since Witcha already knows about the dv. Personally i think this was pushed in to give Siddhi another go at a mahaan bhashan, nothing else.
