i dont think ek would want kunal to know that siddhi loves him so soon .maybe kunal feels guilty that siddhi will not enjoy V day and so he is just making it up since seema has lectured him so much.
i hope pray he is not angry on siddhi and leave her at kapils house after dinner😡

dont know why he looked unhappy/hurt in precap unless he isnt able to digest that siddhi feels for him so isnt showing any emotions as such

but then the sbs seg today again shows kunal's mood off so maybe yes he does assume something wrong again and gets guility

Yup as per the sbs segment it seems he was forced to dance with Sidhi , no emotions no passion the last time they danced together was much better.
I thought Kunal loves Sidhi and though he doesn't want to show it to her , he still knows he loves her so there has to be some passion while dancing with her but there are no emotions on his face as per the segment not even of angry young man which were there last time around.
