The guy said it all. He thought he was a friend saving his friend from a horrible man. He had good intentions. He would not have gone if Siddhi had told him about Witcha in advance. She knew for a long time before all this happened that Witcha had corrupt intentions. she should have spoken out loud.
cant blame Kunal for being a nice guy if others take disadvantage of the fact.. 😳

Even i had the same question.. How did thakral know that SiNal consummated that night... ??

But i think this is just clever planning by Thakral to instigate Kunal.. Whatever Kunal told to thakral outside the court during lunch break, thakral was confident that whatever he would say against siddhi would instigate him and would make him barred from the bar council.

So He just added the statement, wen he couldn't rape richa, he tried to rape siddhi... he'll tell if it wasn't rape then y did they file divorce case the next day itself...

Thakral is the real gold medalist here..

he is a poor fellow. he is kept in dark most of the time. his own wife bets on him, meets HIS ex gf who has accused him of molestation, admits that she was spying after her husband because she DID think that he would get it off with his EX in a hotel room, sleeps with him with all her consent but doesnt utter a word the next morning, hugs HER ex's photo crying, tells entire world about loving Kunal, except Kunal, writes poetry but not the name of the person to whom its meant for, cries in the bathroom and vows to tell him everything after every 10 minutes and then loses her memory like Ghajni.

How difficult it is for her to simply say that my husband was sleeping next to me that night, with no scratches on his body or any signs of putting up a fight with anyone. That would dismiss the case right then cause nobody is talking timing here.

its all to provoke kunal, bec kunal did threaten thakral that if he insults siddhi he wont spare him

thakral will link the div thing in with all this and say that siddhi wants to div kunal bec he tried to force her that night.
