I don't think Kunal believes in winning at all. A gold medallist lawyer, the same one who came up with that beautiful argument just a week ago, has done zero prep for his case. He has no idea what all happened outside of that room in that hotel that night. No sense of what Thakral might say, who he might bring to the stand? He should have know at the least Thakral will bring Siddhi to the stand as a character witness if not as a witness for that night. What an idiot. He is taken completely by surprise. All he can do is pull of a dialogue about "my wife" every now and then. He should have prepped Siddhi for this. UGGGHHH😡😡😡 You know it would have been much better if Siddhi was fighting the case coz then she couldn't be called on as a witness😆😆

and since its a case of molestation isnt it obvious that the one being accused, wife maybe called in witness box, bec the opposite lawayer ma try to find way to prove the person not of good character

and after his last argument, when i agree he should have realised that Thakku would buy his witnesses but Thakku calling Siddhi as a witness must have balked anyone!
