Yes Kunal was in Jail but the last scene..When Sad BG was Playing..

And Ritcha Accepts Infront of SIddhi that she is saying lie..Kunal did Nothing..But she is not going to leave Kunal so easily..Kunal Left her so now this is the Punishment for him.
