this is infact way long back KTH...exactly the same happened, in Ghar Ek Mandir, between Gautami and Ram ..(sorry for not taking the character names, I forgor the names.. ) even the story line is exactly the same...if it goes the same way Siddhi will get pregnant and Kunal's mother will believe that is her son reborn...more trouble and more embarrasment for Sinal..

In KTH Kashish got married to Piyush and she loved him but later she got married to sujal b'coz of piyush's sudden death...

But in parichay siddhi and anand were not in love for much time thats y siddhi forgot anand and started her life again wid kunal...

So the story if quite different over...But it is possible that kunal may regret for the last night...
