then click on video option in the toolsbar a list of options will open from all the options select snapshot option the image will be captured

u can do one more thing

1.go to tools in toolbar menu and from the options select preferences.
2.preference box will open in the left side u will find options like audio,video and all from that click on video option. go at the end u will find video snapshot option from there u selct the desired folder where u want to keep the pics
3.then again the the option boxes u will find hot key option box click on it there will many options in that u have to do nthing but just search for this option "Take Video Snapshot" there u can assign any key to take snapshot. Click on apply button
4.Now when u wil play the video click the button assigned

woh gayab nahi hua woh default pictures folder mein save ho gaya hoga! ye pata karne k liye ki photo kahan save hua hai jab video mein snapshot option click kiya to uppar ek choti si image open hui hogi uske saath ek link bhi aata hai! wo link us folder ka rehta hai jahan pics save hote hai
