I am really not sure...
Its obvious that whoever is telling truth will win the case...
If Nisha is honest, Kunal will win,,,
If Rohit is honest Sidhi will win...
Or it Can be Both are being dishonest in some or the other manner, and hence, noone will actually win, giving SiNal,equal scores...

Kunal will win it. Hands down. Siddhi doesn't stand a chance in-front of Kunal. We saw that yesterday that, she couldn't utter a single word in the court without sounding so nervous and weak for the obvious reasons.

No comparisons between Kunal and Siddhi as Lawyers.

It seems more likely that kunal wud win,,being an accomplished n experiencd lawyer,,n siddhi a pretty newbie,,However v hope by the end both reason out their differences to give 2nd chance to their lives..

Kunal will win the case however indirectly Siddhi will win probably Kunals dil in the process as she would not fight for Rohit once she realizes she is fighting for wrong.

Kunal or Siddi ...cant say ...as for Kunal he has to find the saboot, it will be interesting, he has a weak case with no saboot, and Siddi has a strong case...so dunno know
