What is stopping Naina from speaking the truth about baby to raghav?

Naina has got to know by now that Raghav is not the one who sent goons. It should be khurana in her opinion. After raghav asking her so much today, why couldn't she just tell him the truth? It's ok to avoid for a while for drama sake ..but now it's too much right?

And she thinks of dadi as what her own dadi? ..well dadi likes her as the bahu of the house and as raghav's wife ..so I didn't understand the initial part of naina and comatose dadi conversation ..why does naina think dadi is excited about the baby? ..is naina going to lie about the baby's origins to dadi? she is okay to let dadi think it is raghav's baby? ..I don't get this ..how they changed her character so much ..

she never lies...then why she denied telling others that raghav is the father ..! ..I really don't understand what CVs have done to her character ..

And dadi ..wah ..miracle of medical science yaar. ..she got up after 4 months of sleeping in super health and spirits ..even remembered the chhadi ..kyaa yaar ..we are not total morons watching this show ...kuch tho realism hona chahiye ..

hope CVs get goosebump factor in fast enough ..it has to be executed very skillfully and the surrogacy revelation has to happen fast ..otherwise CVs can bid good bye to remaining audience too ...Only AB and DD fans will stay loyal i'm guessing!
