I think if he asked he will just say she is characterless and cheated on him whilst being a married woman but I don't think he will tell her that he loves her.

On a serious not...Raghav & Naina Both think it's one sided love & both think the other don't love him /her & even when they were married both were so confused with each other's behavior both were thinking the other one 's concern ,love & care is as a friend not as a wife or husband

they understand each other's feelings as friends but not as life partner since their marriage was unwanted one & they never confessed their love & there are MUs

besides if Naina even ask him that why he is jealous ? he will deny that he is jealous & will change the topic...we know he wants to know about the father of the baby so he is keeping taunting all the time maybe he wants naina to get irritated & tell him his name🤔
