And, KD needs to work on Shiva’s this particulatr expressions to Raavi,
These were Ok for maami ke behen ki beti- now they look out of place.
they can write bakwas, but he can atleast control expressions.

Edit: as Prema pointed: this could very well be directors input. We have seen how director used to ignore KDs input in fisherman bts.

How in the world do either of those expressions mean he loves his wife?

Both of those expressions are off someone who doesn’t care or absolutely despises the person they are looking at.

I don't even who to blame, KD or the director, I will blame both. Because the expressions and Shiva's childish behavior is not coming across as good.
