I am also trying to understand where they would've found the money for her discharge or treatment at the hospital, did Gautam go to Janu and beg for the jobs that he offered? That would make sense rather than it being Dhara's idea. But it is probably Dhara's suggestion that Gaumbi go to Janu for money.

He could've asked his customers to buy from Dhara and Raavi and in return he'll give them the same thing free of cost
