Anita & Raavi together in hospital doesn't prove anything because anyone would go to meet their sister.
Also Shiva has known Raavi for his whole life how can he even think that Raavi can go to this level. Anita just said one line in the hospital and he believed her but not even cared to ask about Raavi's health.
Everything put aside I can't accept that a person whom Shiva claims to love was on the verge of being trafficked and he didn't even bothered to take care of her for even one day, he saw it first hand how weak Raavi was but still went on to throw her out of the house.. any Normal person won't even do that to our friends but Shiva did this all to someone who he claims to love.
