ShiVi OS - Making Amends
I usually attempt when I see that some of the writing could be different or something needs to be addressed when it comes to ShiVi.

So this OS will begin after Shiva saves Raavi from the cliff and gets here home and in my story it’s still night time.

At 3 am, Shiva carries Raavi in his arms, constant fear on his face is visible and enters Pandya Niwas.
"Bhabhi, Gaumbi, kahan ho aap, jaldi aao" screams Shiva as he places Raavi on the cot in the aangan.
Gaumbi and Dhara come rushing out of the kitchen to see what’s the ruckus about. They both see an unconscious Raavi and a distraught Shiva beside her holding her hand trying to wake her up.
They run towards them and ask him about what happened. He narrates the whole thing to them and Dhara suggests him to take Raavi to their room while they call the doctor.
He nods, picks her up and takes her to their room and gently places her on the bed. He kneels down beside her and holds her hand and starts crying "Raavi, please uth jaa, dekh main tujhe bilkul hi nahi daatunga agar tu uth jaayegi toh, please uth…."
He bring his forehead towards her hands and closes his eyes and weeps in silence. A few moments later, the doctor comes in and asks Shiva to leave and stand back, so that he can take a look at her. A stubborn Shiva refuses to leave her hand, resignedly the doctor checks her up as it is and later says "Itni geher chot nahi hai sir pe, unko thodi der mein hosh aa jaayega, bas yeh dawai de dijiye khaane baad aur paani pilaate rahiye" much to Shiva’s relief.
"Shukr hai Somanth ji, ki Raavi theek hai, Shiva hum isse aaram karne dete, tu idhar hi uske paas rukhna, agar kuch chahiye toh mujhe bula lena" says Dhara, as she and Gaumbi proceed to leave the room.
Shiva nods unable to respond to them, his eyes not leaving Raavi. He decides to go get medicines in case she wakes up and as he’s about to leave, she holds his hand and stops him. He turns around and sees her gaining consciousness.
"Aye, tu..tu…tu theek hai? Tujhe kahi dard ho raha hai? Raavi… tu" says Shiva only to be interrupted by her.
"Main theek hoon, Shiva" says Raavi as she struggles to get up from the bed. Shiva helps her settle down on the bed with her back to the bedrest while still holding her hand.
"Paani… paani pee lee tu" says Shiva and takes a glass of water and makes her drink it. Shiva keeps drinking in her presence, watching her wistfully, trying to convince his panicking heart that she’s okay and safe while she looks at him in both relief and wonder seeing his concern for her.
He gets a first aid kit and starts applying ointment to the wound on her forehead while slowing blowing off air and every time she winces in pain, he feels as if his heart has being crushed by someone. Once he’s done with it, he checks her hands and her face for any other wounds with a concerned look.
"Tu, tujhe kaise pata chala main kahan hoon, aur main woh gaadi mein thi, brakes fail ho gaye the aur gaadi pahad se niche girne waala tha, phir uske baad mujhe kuch yaad nahi, woh gundo ne mujhe Rishita samajh liya tha… main woh…" trails Raavi stopping suddenly as she sees Shiva face snaps from concern to anger in his eyes and gulps.
Shiva starts ranting "Aye gadhedi, akkal ki dushman, pehle mujhe yeh bata tu raat ke 2 baje, Janardhan ke ghar kyun gayi thi, tere dimaag mein bhoosa bara hai kya, itni raat ko akeli chali gayi, samjhti kya hai tu apne aap ko, chudail hai tu ki aise hi raat ko bina kisi ko bataye bahar bhatakne jaayegi"
"Ab bhoothnath ki biwi hoon, toh by default chudail toh main hoon hi" retorts Raavi innocently looking at him with her puppy-face eyes.
"Yeh mazak nahi hai, Raavi…. tu mere saath aise kaise kar sakti hai, agar tujhe kuch ho jaata toh, mera kya hota, tune kabhi socha hai? Bina soche samjhe tu kuch bhi nahi kar sakti hai, tujhe andaaza bhi hai ki mujhe pe kya beeti hai tujhe aise uss gaadi mein dekh ke…." shuddering at the thought of it while angrily looking at her.
"Par kuch hua toh nahi naa, jab tak tu mere saath hai, mujhe kuch nahi hoga, aur tune hi toh kaha tha wahan ki tu mujhe kuch nahi hone dega toh phir…" said Raavi so nonchalantly squeezing his hand tightly that Shiva’s angry melted and he looked at her in surprise.
There was an awkward silence between them while they got distracted in each other's thoughts. Finally, Shiva breaks the silence "Woh… woh.. tu aaram kar…. main aata hoon" getting up to leave and she firmly holds his hand saying "Nahi, mujhe neendh nahi aayegi, waise tune mujhe bataya nahi ki tune uss gaadi ko girne se kaise rokha?"
"Kaise roka matlab haath se roka aur kaise rokunga Gadhedi…" says Shiva indicating towards his hands.
Her eyes grow wider as she looks at his hands in shock which have now turned red and look swollen. Tears start flowing from her eyes, as she takes both his hands in hers and lightly brushes her fingers on them while he hisses in pain. She picks up the first aid box and starts applying the same ointment to his finger and chides him saying "Kya zaroorat thi tujhe hero banne ki, gaadi rokhne ke liye, kis aur ki bhi madad le sakta tha naa tu, sab kuch khud karke hero banne ka shauk kyun hai tujhe…kitna dard hua hoga…main…"
"Aye chipkali, udhar koi cricket nahi chal raha tha, ki main logon ko ikkatta karoon, team banau aur phir tujhe bachao…mujhe uss samay jo sahi laga woh kiya, waise bhi mamuli si chot hai, teri jaan se badh kar yeh dard thodi ho sakta hai mere…." stops Shiva as he realises what he blurted out, cursing himself mentally.
"Haan haan theek hai, mujhe pata hai tu Chattan Pandya hai, par tujhe pata hai main bhi Raavi Shiva Pandya aur maine bhi unn gundo ke upar pattar pheka aur unko dhamki bhi di….." started Raavi animately while explaining to him the turn of events that happened today while he looked at her amused and found himself blushing slightly as she said "Raavi Shiva Pandya".

As she finishes narrating her story, she sees Shiva staring at her smiling and senses her cheeks going red due to his gaze and they share an eyelock.
Shiva breaks it and gives her medicines and tells her to rest as the doctor has suggested the same. He covers her with the blanket and sees a strand of hair on her face, tucks it in and is about to go off to get some sleep himself, when she says "Shiva, aaj yahi so jaana please, woh… woh…" trying to think of a reason to tell him without revealing that she’s scared to sleep alone tonight and also because a part of her wants him to stay.
"Haan, haan, badi aayi gundo ko dhamki dene waali, Shechu" smirks Shiva.
"Mujhe darr thodi naa lagta hai, main toh iss liye bol rahi hoon kyunki tu…." says Raavi hesitantly.
"Kyun ki main kya?" asks Shiva teasingly.
"Kyun-ki-tu-mera-pati-hai, aur-yeh-tera-bhi-kamra-hai" says Raavi quickly shutting her eyes not sure as to how he’d react to it.
Stumped at her reply and not knowing what to say, Shiva simply walks to his side of the bed and lies down on it, finally feeling like he’s back home again.
He turns himself to the side where she’s sleeping and looks at her content face which adorns a cute satisfied smile. Unable to stop himself, he reaches out to her pinky and holds it tightly with his pinky finger and says "Goodnight Raavi, tujhe darr ne ki koi zaroorat nahi ab se, main yahin hoon aur humesha rahoonga" knowing her well and hoping his assurance ensures she doesn’t get any nightmares tonight.
"Goodnight Shiva" says Raavi closing her eyes shut, knowing fully well that she is only going to get beautiful dreams about them tonight.
PS : I wasn’t sure where to end this and I penned down my thoughts in a hurry today. It also did not make sense to make Shiva say "I love you" to her just yet in their room, so did not go that way. Please let me know what do you guys think. Appreciate everyone’s feedback and criticism. Cheers!
