Dev and Rishita at Dr. Seth's office and asking him if he will be treat Dhara,

Doctor says," Rishita, meine file dekhi, DHara ki case bahut complicated hai, meri maano toh, yeh pregnancy ko yehi discontinue kardo, Dhara ke liye yahi teek hoga"

Dev asks, "Koi aur raasta toh joga, Bhabi toot jaayegi, mar jaayegi"

Doctor says, "Mr. Pandya, I am very sorry mein aapko jhooti tasali nahi de sakta, jo bhi sach hai meine aapko bata diya, aage aapki marzi"

Dev says, "aap toh bade Doctor hai, koi toh option hoga, kuch kar sakte hain, kya"

Doctor says, " hum kuch nahi kar sakte hain"

Dev and Rishita are sad hearing this and both crying.

Oh no they are actually killing Tara😭💔

How is this doctor not running his own tests? Isn't the whole point of a second opinion to pick up something the first doctor has missed 🙄🙄🙄? Wouldn't he ask for additional tests to see if there were any other alternatives?

Dhara is critical & they need to take decision fast, they don't have time for running tests on her right now, so I think the other doctor will have to base his opinions on the results & reports of the last 3 months, that's why they took the file, which should have the details of all her treatment, tests etc.

Haan exactly. I was thinking the same reading the update.😕 Why is the doctor even there if the file was just to be read? Kuch test to kar sakte hai na?

Shiva's self talk, "yeh Rishita Bhabi aur Dev abb tak nahi aaye"

Dev and Rishita come there.

Shiva asks Dev, "acche baaten bolna, yahan ke Doctor hai na, meri tarah gawar hain, hum na Bhabi ko acche Doctor ke paas leke jaayenge"

Gautam comes to Dev and asks him " hum DHara ko yahan shift karenge toh Dhara teek ho jaayegi?, to teek mein intezaam"

Rishita cuts him and says " Sorry Gaumbi, I am sorry, Dr. Seth ka wahi opinon hai, jo yahan ke Doctors ka"

Gaumbi and Shiva are shocked.

Dev says, "agar hume Dhara Bhabi ko bachana hai na, yeh pregnancy ko abhi discontinue karna hoga"

Gautam's FB of conveying the pregnancy news to Suman, Dhara counting the months and the approximate date of her delivery time, Gautam talking to the baby, "Pandya parivar me tera swaagat hai, Dhara looking herself in the mirror and feeling her tummy, DHara's wish of getting her child educated in a good institution outside Somnath.

Gautam just drops on his feet, Dev asks Krish to get some water for Gautam.

Gautam knocks the water cup and gets up and tells Shiva, "tu bahu taakatwala hai na, jaa apne Bhabi ko utaa, baat kar"

He tells Dev, "jab tu bachpan me bhimar hota thaa na, raat bar patiyan laga thi hi, jab tu khaana nahi kaatha thaa na, toh Dhara bhooki rehti thi"

Aur aaj hume se koi bhi Dhara ko bacha nahi paa rahe hain

Another emotional episode. Instead of showing medical abortion, now I wish they showed miscarriage. It is excruciating to see them all go through this.
