Well there is no more discussion that she is evil woman😡, I won't consider her as a mother so being MIL is far to reach. The dialogues are so vile, that it hurts even to hear them for a sec. She was never a good person in my eyes but still after leap I thought she changed her outlook in past 10 years and is there always for her DIL☢️.

But no I was wrong, I started hating her from the day she touched Dhara's womb and hit her in mukteshwar Kaand🥺. I never supported Danda kaand no, but doing this with a woman is wrong and I hated that scene to be shown in ITV😵. After that in Kua kaand, her dialogues crossed all the lines I can't even watch it on TV those dialogues are disgusting she literally call woman a bacha paida karne ki machine🥺.

She throws money at face of Rishita when she talked about 2gm. Rishita was wrong but Suman is no good there too. After Raavi came back to this house Suman crossed all the line, this type of scenes are surely not needed in the name of entertainment it's a mental abuse and if Chaubey's planned all this to whitewashed I don't know what to say? She needed to apologize and called out for all the wrong she did, I don't mind who say this to her but that is required for sanity. This can be a beautiful track when realization hits her hard and she get to know where she was wrong with all the three DIL🤔. I hope this executed well.

But no hope with Chaubey's B/w no offence with Krutika mam she really perform all the scenes well and gives a fantabulous performance all the time🤗.

But you know what she is longer a mother or mother in law , she has become Suman Pandya who likes to dominate and control people and if you go against her leti be right or wrong then you will get abused both physically and mentally also name calling.As she is the head of the family.

She doesn’t think before speaking , we have a saying in Marathi “Uchali jeeb lavli talyala “ which means to say things offhand without deliberation.

She is a very egoistic woman.

As you said the that they should not justify her actions as they live in small towns is right because if you see now there are very few MILs like this in villages , but that’s not the point here. They should show how you should actually be as mother in law close to ideal MIL who respects her DILs and their decisions.As they have excellent medium to spread this message and teach how one should be progressive but they are sailing in totally opposite direction and showing all regressive content.Neither they are showing how Suman is wrong nor how the DIL should take a stand and protect her self respect.But instead of that they are just trying to brush all this under the carpet and trying to come clean with a senseless YKB hug.

You are right as Dhara is pregnant that’s why she is not insulting her much as not because she is happy for Dhara but as she is getting a heir to her family.How can she say that “bhaagh gayi hogi bagodi ki beti “😕

Agree with everything that is said about Suman and majority of the viewers are skipping/ff her scenes. This should be conveyed to Kritika Mam. She is a senior in the industry and should be able to take a stand as viewers dont want to see her scenes anymore.

Totally agree. I really want ki Show me koi strong stand le suman ke against kitna galat message ja rha hai society ko ki MIL kuch bhi kar sakti hai aur DIL ko chup rhena chahiye. Shiva ko starting me kitna strong character dikhaya tha sahi ke liye stand lenewala but jb baat raavi ki aati hai wo muh pe tala laga ke baith jaata hai.

Thank you for commenting. She is indeed a toxic character, was one before the leap when she tortured Dhara but it is now gotten worse. With time more DILs are victims of her abuse and this is the only show where Women are not made to stand up fir themselves.

They are showing again and again that women are their own worst enemies and have no interest to rectify tje thought process.

Suman’s character since navratri has been nothing but demonic. She has always been vile, cunning & nasty. It is now increased 100fold.

Abuses, emotional torture, name calling, physical abuse. She has crossed all limits.

Her mute sons are equal partners in crime , as by staying quiet at her criminal behavior- they are in a way encouraging her.

No one relates to this character. It is way too toxic, given way too much screen space & disoo track has been proven to be beginning of disaster if this ‘family’ show.

As you pointed out, many young viewers watch this show. We have seen on insta. Lives & reactions.

Suman’s & at times Shiva’s & all her sons behaviors are nothing but regressive crap shown on the name of drama.

Do kids enjoy it- nope.

Do women young & adult enjoy this? Find it entertaining/ story pushing- nope.

My mil - mom both in 70s we’re at my place Diwali week - they changed Chanel at this show start. They were upset with family they show on Somnath context, and the constant ‘kaklaat’ (tantey)

No one wants to watch that for week after week.

Navratri to Diwali & it is still going on!

If they fold out drama on the name of kasam- I will be writing to IB handle, women’s commusssion handle & Starplus, quoting IPC.

Had already done once few days back.

Adultery, bigamy on the name of entertainment doesn’t work.

Not in family drama in primetime show.

If anyone wants to we can watch these hinterland realities etc in ott overloads.

We got 2 good episodes with some story push.

That has a lot to do with viewers strong reaction to their absolute shameless attempt to pass on adultery as way to induce jealousy to feel love , with comedy bg.

Didn’t work.

They even tried to make woman trying to Cosy up w/ married man as ‘true love’ , nice one who cares GeForce his mom, other one is Dobo do his mom blasts off on her- didn’t work. Now they r going to try this kasam way- should not work.

We will have to keep voicing opinions. Else they will keep serving this same abuses.

Whitewashing Suman is gone scope. Her monologues, her constant abuses, foul choice of words, finger pointing at Rasvi’s Character with kahin tiki nahin & all—- not going to go away from viewers.

Makers forget, actors forget.

But viewers, consumers connected with this journey from the beginning don’t forget.

I agree with everything you said, but unfortunately many in this forum and outside though they are not enjoying don’t want to speak about it because it’s TV show. But what they don’t realize is that many of them instances from TV and movies and use them in their daily lives and I am sure Suman has inspired some evil saas out there.

The worst part is every action of hers is justified and the DILs are made to look like they have no self respect and the sons think these are trivial matters that happens in every family. But little did they know it will have a cascading effect on the mental and physical well being of the family members in the long run.
But if they continue to show forever like this, she could also become one of the reasons for the show to shut down sooner.

Honestly,I don't know what the makers were thinking before giving her a 360 degree turn. She has become such a vile lady and has no basic courtesy that now even seeing her onscreen makes me feel disgusted. She needs to be left alone with noone to help her for a year. Poo, thanks for commenting. I agree when you say that you feel disgusted. I feel the same way too. But the makers are hell bent on justifying her and her actions. Oh, the whitewashing part is going to happen at some point but anyway as a character i detest her. Even if they turn her positive, will apologize or even do seva for her DILs, will never trust and like her again. My mind will automatically start thinking what plotting is she upto now. She has bern butchered beyond redemption for me.
