Shiva's P.O.V.
Sirf do din aur phir humare divorce hojayega ,tu
mujhse aur iss zabardasti ke rishte se azad hojayegi.
Yeh shaadi khatm hojayegi. Phir tujhe iss chalti phirt
kiraane li dukaan se mukti mil jaye gi tu bhot khushi
rahegi raavi aur agar tujhe iss divorce se khushi milegi
toh ...
His phone rang and Raavi's number flashed on the
screen .he picked the call.
Ayy chipkali.....
Shhhh.. raavi shushed him in between .
"Ek dum chup ,tujhe galatfehmi hogayi hai mein
chipkali nai hoon .mein teri biwi hoon ghadede RAAVI
SHIVA PANDYA. Naam save karke rakhle."
Tu..and again raavi didn't let shiva speak."Chup,ek baar bolna pe samjh nai aata hai kya tujhe.
Bhoothnath kahinka . Uss disha ki toh itni lambi lambi
bakwaas sunta hai aur apni biwi ki baat puri hi nahi
hone deta .she started fake crying.
Shiva sensed something is wrong with raavi her
speech was not clear and she was stuttering and she
sounded as if she is drunk .No raavi doesn't even look
at alcohol. She was so angry when he got drunk and
came home that day..,that day ..remembering that
something itched his heart.
Raavi was still blabbering nonsense on phone .
Raavi tu kahan hai ??, Shiva spoke coming out of his
thoughts.
" jahan mujhe nahi hona chaiye tha shiva. Par teri
wajah se mein aaj yahan hoon." Raavi said .
"Raavi thik se bol kahan hai tu ???,
"shiva asked again .
"Thik se toh bol rahi hoon, arre mein toh muh se bol
rahi hoon. par thik se kaise bolun??"
,raavi answered
again .
Shiva took a deep breath first then again he asked
her ,
" raavi apne aas pass dekh aur mujhe bata tu konsi
jagah par hai ?? ."
"Mein apni sahi jagah pe nahi hoon shiva .mein pandya
nivas mein nahi hoon ." Raavi replied.
Shiva was now sure she is drunk .but how and why ??.
Shiva was very confused . shiva was scared for
her ,she is not in her senses. She is alone at night
outside somewhere and he doesn't know where. he
prayed nothing wrong happens to her and prayed to
God to keep her safe until he reaches her.
Raavi tujhe pandya nivas aana hai ?? Shiva asked her .
Raavi replied with a yes.
"Toh tujhe mujhe batana padega ki tu kahan hai "
"Mein pandya store aayi thi ab kahan hoon mujhe nahi
pata ."
"Thik hai tu wahin ruk wahin matt Jana mein araha
hoon."
Shiva was still on call with raavi .even though he
knows to drive while on call is dangerous but he feared
something more dangerous can happen with raavi.
He was on his way to pandya store .
Suddenly he saw a her sitting in the middle of road as if she is sitting in her home. He went near her.
Raavi stood up in excitement ,she stumbled a little .
A 400 walt smile appeared on her face seeing her
bhoothnath.
"Shivaa .. tu agaya mujhe pandya nivas le jaane"
, raavi
said happily.
Shiva first checked her if she was alright and did she
got hurt anywhere. But thankfully she was fine nothing
happened to her.
"Haan ,ab chal ." Shiva said .
He wanted to know many things ,how she got
drunk ???and why she got drunk??why she went to
pandya store at this time??and from where the hell did
she got alcohol . There was no bar near pandya store .
The nearest bar is 5 -6km away from their house and
pandya store.
He came out of his chain of thoughts . He told raavi to
hold him tightly. She was drunk and taking her home
on a bike was not a very safe idea but better than
taking her home on foot. Pandya nivas was not too far
so if he manages her for about 10 to 15 minutes,they
will reach home and then he can handle her.Surprisingly raavi listened to him and held him tightly
through out their journey to pandya nivas,while
blabbering ,ranting and cursing disha in between. After
a very long time he saw that previous somnath ki best
ladki ,raavi .
After marrying him she lost herself ,the cheerful,always
happy, smiling,bubbly self of her.
They reached home and realization hit shiva very
hard .its even more difficult now to handle her .if
someone saw them ,saw raavi in this drunk state ,then
what will he do?? .
While Raavi was still going on with her rant. Shiva
silenced her by keeping his hand on raavi's mouth.
"Raavi thodi der ke liye khamosh Rehna thik hai .mein
haath hata raha hoon awaaz matt karna . "Shiva told
raavi .
Raavi nodded her head in agreement. And curled her
arms around Shiva's neck while resting her head on his
chest.
Then shiva lead her inside pandya nivas.they both
were walking near their room ,when raavi fell on the
cot in the angan with shiva .
"Itna chal chal ke toh mein thak gayi "
,raavi said .
Shiva gave a puzzled look to her . how is she tired of
walking when the came in his bike. He was thankful
that Krish slept in suman's room today. Or else he
would have made a big scene seeing them like this
so close to each other . He lifted raavi in his arms and
made their way to their room.
"Raavi jab tak hum kamre mein nahi Jaate chup rehna."
Shiva told raavi.
Raavi rested her head on shiva's crook of neck and
snaked her hands around him.
Only shiva knows these actions of raavi made him feel
so many unknown yet beautiful feelings.
He placed raavi on the bed .she pulled shiva with her in
the bed. AND hugged him tightly.
Shiva ,ek ladka aur ek ladki akele ek kamre mein log
kya sochenge ?? Raavi opened her mouth and spoke
this .
Toh yeh sharab pee ke Talli hone se pehle sochna tha
na ghadedi.shiva told raavi jerking her hands off him .
"Aur tune sharab pe hi kyun ?? "He asked her.
"Sharab..??...haan ...sharab.. kaise Budhu jaisa sawaal
kar raha hai shiva .sharab toh log gum mein hi Peete
hai na."
"Tujhe kis cheez ka ghum hai ?? "Shiva asked her.
"Kis cheez ka?? Kis cheez ka nahin hai woh puch .tu
puch hi matt.yeh sab teri wajah se hua hai."
"Kya bakwas kar rahi hai ghadedi , meri wajah se ??
Maine kya kiya hai?? "
"Kya kiya hai ???,tune hi kiya hai yeh sab raita tera hi
phailaya hua hai,sub teri galti hai ."
"Kya bol rahi hai ,raita ??galti??"
"Zyada bann matt shiva ,teri wajah se hi mein ghum
mein hoon.tune..." she stopped her expression
changed from angry to sad. Shiva saw tears rolling
down her cheek.
"Tu roo rahi hai ?? Tu roo kyun rahi hai ab???"
"Teri wajah se"
, she got up on her knees and held
shiva's collar . " abhi humara divorce hua bhi nahi hai
aur tu uss disha ke saath....par yaad rakh tu ab bhi
mera pati hai uss disha odisha ka nahi "
Shiva remembered what happened today in the
morning .
when he came out of shower in a towel wrapped
around his waist. Disha was standing in the angan
smiling at me .i smiled at her .then I called dhara
bhabhi.
Disha told me that dhara bhabhi and suman ma went
with kanta kaaki somewhere. And she came to meet
him ,suman had told him that he has to go on a lunch
with disha. He thought of refusing to come by lying
to her that he has some important work. He walked
towards his room to wear clothes .and suddenly disha
slipped out of nowhere and he held her by waist.
and raavi who returned from market saw them in that
position. Shiva left disha and she fell on the ground.
He apologised to disha .and helped her to get up .
Raavi fumed in anger and marched towards the
kitchen and started cutting vegetables very loudly.
He went out with disha and refused to come with her
by saying he has some work at store and left.
"Raavi tujhe jaisa lag raha waisa nahi hai " shiva said.
"Phir kaisa hai shiva , woh odisha ne tujhe KISS kardiya
aur tune kuch nahi kaha ,aaj usse angan ke beech o
beech bahon me leke khada tha pyar se towel mein.
Sharab lihaaz kuch hai ya nahi."
"Dekh raavi tu galat samjh rahi hai "
,raavi said.
"Kuch galat nahi samjh rahi hoon mein, bilkul sahi
samjh rahi hoon. Humara divorce hua nahi hai abhi me
aaj bhi teri Patti hoon . aur tu uss disha se shaadi nahi
kar sakta. "
"Tu mera pati hai .sirf raavi pandya ka.
Aur tu uss odisha disha ka kabhi nahi ho sakta.mein
hone hi nahi dungi." Raavi said leaving shiva's collar.
Shiva froze at that spot .was he dreaming again ??
He pinched himself, NOOO ...he wasn't it was real .his
chipkali was claiming him as hers.
But then he controlled himself ,he said to himself
that he doesn't deserve raavi.she deserves someone
more better.he is not capable of her.she is not in her
sense she might even forget all this in the morning.
Convincing himself that he is not worthy of her.he
went to kitchen to make lemonade. And came back with the lemon juice. " yeh pee le ,he said handing her the glass. "
"Nahi , mujhe aur nahi Peena hai." Ravi said refusing to
drink .
"Ayy ,chipkali sharab nahi hai nimbu paani hai .chup
chap pee le "
"Tune banaya hai ??"
, Raavi questioned.
"Nahi toh kon banata ,teri woh maasi maa ya uske
bhoot." Shiva said .
"Sach me tune banaya hai ? Mere liye ??." Raavi asked
again.
"Nahi , ek bewdi chipkali hai uske liye."
" mein agar bewdi hoon toh tu bhi bewda hai. " raavi
said putting her arms around shiva's neck .
She smiled dreamily looking at shiva she was an inch
away from his face.
She then fell again on the bed with shiva .she hugged
him tightly.
"Shiva tu uss disha se shaadi nahi karega , na kisi
aur Trisha ,Prisha ,nisha,odisha se . Tu sirf mera patihai .aur me sirf teri patni ."
"Par raavi humara toh do din baad divorce hone wala
hai na.phir na mein tera pati rahunga aur na tu meri
biwi." Saying the sad truth .
Raavi got sad of his words ,
" yeh sab bhi teri hi galti
hai , tujhe kyun lagta hai ki tu Dusron se kam hai."
"Me khud ko Dusron se kam nahi samjhta raavi . me
buss tere layak nahi hoon."
"Kyun?? Kisne kaha tujhe ???. Shiva tujhe mujhse
better ladki mil hi nahi sakti ,jo sirf tujhe jaanti hi nahi
samjhti bhi ho ,aur na mujhe koi dusra shiva milegi jo
mera bhoothnath ho . "
"Tujhse zyada handsome ladka pure somnath mein
nahi hai. Aur tere six packs abs .."
,she said while lifting
his shirt and touching his abs.
Shiva held her hand and stopped her. She pouted and
looked like a cute little kid who didn't get his favourite
chocolate.
Shiva asked her ,
" raavi ,tu mujhse pyaar karti hai ?" .
"Nai "
, raavi said . " tu humesha mujhpe chilata hai ,aur
uss disha ko kiss karne dediya ,pehli mulaqat mein
hi,aur mein jo tujhe bachpan se janti hoon ,apni biwi ko chipkali bana kar ladta rehta hai. Tu bhot bura hai
shiva ." raavi sounded angry and upset with shiva.
"Acha , aur tu ,tu toh bilkul nahi ladti na mujhse , tujhe
bhi toh woh English bolne wale gentlemen type ladka
ache lagta hai na mein toh jungli hoon ,tail Masalon
ki badboo aari hai na . Aur tu mujhse pyaar nai karti
na ,toh phir tujhe meri aur disha ki shaadi se kya
problem hai ? ."
" hai problem, tu mera hai shiva ,aur mujhe koi
gentlemen nai pasand hai, mujhe tu pasand hai,mera
boothnath. aur mein tujhse nai ladti tu mujhse ladta
hai main toh somnath ki sabse achi aur bolo aur pyaari
ladki hoon. samjha ?"
" tu mujhe pasand karti hai ? Toh baar baar mujhe
khudse door Jaane ke liye kyun kehti hai ? "
" waise toh tu meri koi baat nai maanta, jo kehti hoon
uske ulta hi karte hai . Agar me tujhse jaane ke liye
kahoon ,toh tu jata kyun hai ? Ruk ke mujhe mana nahi
sakta kya ,jaise gaumbi dhara di ko manate hai itne
pyaar se."
" ayy chipkali ,khud ko barabari dhara bhabhi se matt
kar ."
"Ayy bhoothnath, tu bhi gaumbi nahi hai , par......,
mein dhara di jaisi nahi hoon issliye tu mujhe nai manayega?"
"Shiva tu mujhse pyaar karta hai ?" Raavi asked .
"Nahi , main aur pyaar woh bhi tujhse?? Pagal hogayi
hai kya "
Tears filled in raavi's eyes, and tears started rolling
down her cheeks.
" aur agar main dhara di jaisi banjao tab bhi nahi ?? "
she asked sobbing in between.
Shiva saw her crying and hugged her .why did she star‐
ted crying, why was she hurt because she didn't love
her, why did she wanted shiva to love her,why did she
wanted to be like dhara di ?to make shiva love her? .
"Raavi ,tujhe dhara bhabhi ki Tarah banne ki zarurat
nahi hai. Tu jaisi hai waisi hi bhot achi hai. Somnath ki
best ladki " shiva told raavi to comfort her.
" par tu mujhse pyaar nai karta na " raavi told sadly.
"Kis ghadede ne bola "
"Tu ne " they both let out a little laugh.
"I love you shiva " raavi mustered wounding her hands
around shiva.Shiva froze ,he couldn't process what his ghadedi said,
did she just confess?? Is this happening for real ??
Was it another dream ?? He realised it was not feeling
raavi's grip tightening around him.
"I love you too, ghadedi " shiva whispered.
Raavi then again hugged him tightly placing her head
on his chest .
"Shiva tu disha se shaadi nahi karega na ???" Raavi
asked.
"Nahi karunga,
" shiva replied with a smile.
"Tu sirf mera hai na shiva ."
"Mein sirf tera hoon raavi."
Then she got up and started wiping Shiva's left
cheek.and placed several kisses there.
"USS odisha ki Gandi kiss ko tere handsome chehre
se Saad kar ke mein apni kisses se pura Gaal bhar diya
hai .ab koi aur tujhe kiss nahi kar sakta."
"Mere alawa agar tune kisi ko kiss karne diya toh mein
tujhe chodungi " raavi warned Shiva.
"Kabhi nahi " shiva replied.
RAAVI'S P .O.V.
When I woke up this morning. I felt a warm hold on
my body. And to my surprise I'm hugging him ,and we
are sleeping cuddling each other like a lovely dovey
couple. His breaths on my skin gives me goosebumps.
I slowly free myself from his hold making sure he
doesn't wake up. Its already 6 in the morning she
woke up so late today how will she prepare breakfast
and other household chores. My heading is hurting
like hell. I looked at him sleeping so peacefully, he
looks very dreamy,wait am I dreaming I extended my
hand and touched him to know if this was real or I'm
hallucinating . He woke up from my touch.
"Kya hua sarr kyun pakda hua hai tune ??"
, He asked
sitting on the bed.
"Woh buss Halka sa sarr dard hai, par tu yahan kya kar
raha hai ??" Raavi asked.
"Kya matlab ,mein yahan kya kar raha hoon ,raavi tujhe
yaad nahi kal kya hua tha ??"
, Shiva asked.
"Kya hua tha shiva ?? "Raavi asked .
Shiva then didn't say anything and quietly got up from
the bed and left the room.he then came back with a
glass of lemon juice and asked raavi to drink it .it will
cure her hangover from last night.
Raavi remembered last night when she stormed into
pandya store and shiva was not there and kaka was
preparing for his beer party and she stole his alcohol
bottle when he went to bring ice.she drank the lemon
juice.she suddenly got up realizing, she is already
getting late for her chores.
"Sunn ,aaj nashta bannane ki zarurat nahi hai. Mein
bahar se le aunga aaj,aur maa ki tension matt le me
shambhal lunga".shiva said to raavi.
{After sometime ,everyone came for breakfast.raavi
made the morning tea for everyone and did all
her kitchen chores as shiva brought breakfast for
everyone. }
"Arrey ,waah .....waah....bhabhi aaj toh itna mast
nashta ,samosa,kachori ,jalebi,fafda,
aur dhokla bhi .smell hi itni achi aa rahi hai. mujhse control nai hora , jaldi parose bhabhi. "Krish said.
"Krish yeh sab Maine nahi banaya hai,yeh sab shiva
lekar aaya hai." Raavi said.
"Heinn, kyun bahar se kyun laya nashta ,yeh markundi
gaay ne mana kardiya kya?nashta banana se."suman
asked.
"Nahi ,nahi maa woh toh banana wali thi ,par dhara
bhabhi ka bhot mann tha yeh sub kahane ka toh maine
socha ke kyun na aaj sub yehi nashta karte hai."
"Haan maa maine hi bola tha shiva ko yeh sab laane ke
liye" Gautam added.
" waah....waah sub ke sub joru ke ghulaam. Ayy shiva
yeh dono toh the hi pehle se hi petticoat chaap,tu
bhi inn mein shamil hogaya .yeh markundi gaay ne
aisa kya kardiya ek raat mein haan?? Jo tu uske geet
gaaraha hai.?? Hein ?? " suman commented.
"Maa ,aisa kuch nahi hai . maine bola na woh gaumbi
ke kehne par mein yeh nashta leke aaya hoon . Aur
waise bhi ek din tujhe bhi iss chipkali ke haath ka bana
sada hua nashta nai khana padega ." Shiva told .
Raavi's face expression changed hearing shiva's
words. She was clearly angry,hurt and displeased.Everyone finished there breakfast and dev ,gaumbi
and Shiva left for store,rishita also went for her job and
krish went to his college.
Raavi was in the kitchen preparing for lunch and dhara
was handing suman her cup of tea, who was sitting in
the angan .
Raavi was trying hard to recollect what happened
yesterday night . " raavi tujhe yaad nahi hai kal kya hua
tha ? " she remembered shiva's words in the morning.
"Kya hua tha kal raat " raavi asked herself stressing
her memory to recollect what happened yesterday at
night .
"I love you too gaumbi " shara said shyly to gautam,
with whom she was on call with.
After hearing this it clicked raavi's brain and she
remembered the events from last night. She became
really happy and started to dance with dhara.
"Yaad agaya ,yaad Agaya.... sub yaad agaya.....mujhe
finally yaad agaya dhara di " raavi said while joyouslydancing and spinning with dhara, before dhara
signalled her to stop as she is pregnant.
"Kya yaad agaya tujhe , jo itni khush hi kar phudak rahi
hai ,aisa bhi kya yaad agaya "
Raavi was at loss of words now, how will she tell
dhara di now that she confessed her feelings to her
bhoothnath.
" dhara di, woh lipstick shade ka naam yaad agaya ,jo
deepika ne apni shaadi pe lagaya tha " raavi said with a
sheepish smile.
Dhara moved her from side to side in disbelief. " sahi
kehta hai shiva tujhe, ghadedi " .dhara said while
pinching her nose.
The prepared the tiffins for the pandya brothers. And
as they went out from the kitchen raavi's happy 400
walt bright smiled turned into a frown as she saw
disha with kanta kaaki entering their house.
