CHAPTER 8

Freely laughing after a really long time, Raavi fell on the bed with Ritwik laughing while clutching his stomach.

“Itna maza toh maine bohot saalo se nahi kiya hai” ritwik said

“Maine bhi, kya maza aya usse anda maarke” she said while looking at the ceiling of her room

“Tu aise hi hasti reh Narayan,tujhe aise dukhi dukhi dekh ke mujhe acha nahi lagta” he said sincerely

“I was very aimless until now Ritwik” she started

“Mein yeh chahti thi ke mere khushiyaan mujhe dhunde ke aaya, I wasn't ready to step out there and find my happiness. Ab jab mujhe pata hai ki mujhe apne zindagi mein kya chahiye, mein peeche nahi hatne wali” she completed with a smile

“Aur tujhe tere khusiyoon tak pahunchne ke liye mein teri madad karunga” he replied genuinely

“Ab bohot raat hogayi hai, tu ja soja. Kal aur tabhai machani hai hume” she said

“Tu bhi aaram kar, mein jaata hun.” he said before leaving to his room

Raavi went to her cupboard and opened her diary after months, She hadn't written anything from the day Shiva had come home drunk

“Aaj mujhe bohot maaza aya, Main sirf Disha pe ande phenkne ki baat nahi kar rahi hoon. Aaj maine Shiva ko react karte hua dekha.

I saw a glimpse of my Shiva. Woh shiva joh mere liye possessive ho. Nafrat ke naam pe hi saahe, Shiva humesha mujhpe possessive tha

Aur kuch dino se jiss shiva ko maine dekha, woh mera wala tha hi nahi. Aaj bohot dino baat mein khulke haasi, aisa laga jaise ki mujhe mere khushiyaan bohot jald mil jayenge

Anjane mein hi sahi maine Shiva ke saat apna kal dekhna shuru kar diya tha , ab mein apne sapne ko pura karke hi rahungi”

She concluded her diary. Slowly closing it and holding it close to her chest

“Main sab teekh kar dungi shiva” she murmured

As the sun rays hit the valleys of Somnath, the new zest to live and claim what's yours filled shiva’s chest. The night before he thought about everything that transpired in the past few months. What Raavi said yesterday gave him a new ray of hope for seeing a future with her

“Main sab teekh kar dunga Chipkali” he murmured with a smile on his face

Sacchi wali promise ko nibhana bhi padegi Noodles😆!!! That aside, I loved it. She wrote in her diary again, and it felt so good reading about a sure footed and happy Raavi!!! I like Ritwik, and I hope he doesn't do something stupid that makes him the target of Aag Boy ki Dhulai sessions. 🤣

Also, Shiva had a minor realisation too? You're the best Taani guru!!!! 🤗

CHAPTER 9

Raavi woke up with a soft smile playing on her lips. She had one of the best dreams of her life. Shiva and her had finally expressed their feelings to each other, each day Raavi would dream about a new way their confession would be. Is this how it actually felt to be in love she thought

Stretching her arm widely as she squints her eye. Today was the first step to her plan, and she needed the help of a few people.

Pandya Niwas

“Ayy Shiva, tu aaj Ritwik ko thoda somnath kidhake aa. Woh markundi gay na jaane kahan kahan leke jaaye usse.” suman said while maintaining character

“Maa parr main kyun-” he tried to protest

“Agar tu chahe toh disha ko bhi leke ja” she suggested while smirking

“Arrey nahi nahi maa, main chala jaunga” he replied sweetly

“Uss musibaat ko leke mujhe nahi jana” he thought

Narayan House

“Ritwik aaj tum aur jigar jaake thoda ghum ke aao. Suman ji ne kaha ki woh Shiva ko bhi bhej rahi hai tum dono ke saat” Manish announced while munching onto his paratha

Prafulla tried protesting but ultimately nothing worked. Raavi and Ritwik looked at each other and couldn't successfully hide the smirk that laid on both their faces

“Narayan tu tayaar hai na?” Ritwik asked while brushing his hair

“Haan ritwik,but i am slightly nervous” she confessed

“Arrey jaaneman main hoon na” he said assuringly while they noticed Shiva standing near the door in formals

Shiva was gawking at the sight in front of him. Ritwik was dressed in a vest and checked tshirt paired with a loose pair of pants. Also did he just call raavi jaaneman?

“Arrey shiva tum?” Ritwik alerted Raavi while still placing his arms on her shoulder

Raavi slowly got up and looked at him. Here he was in his new shirt and jeans. When would he realize that she didn't like seeing him like that? Anyways , today is the first step towards making him realize his worth.

“Raavi main kaisa dikh raha hoon?” Ritwik asked while fixing his collar

“Ek dam mast” she said while winking

Shiva was beyond uncomfortable and enraged. How did raavi tolerate that chipku chaman kissing him he thought

“Hume chal na chahiye” Shiva assertively suggested

“Arrey chill na shiva. Yahan kisiko bhi koi bus nahi pakadni hai. Pura din hai humare paas” he said with a smile

Ah that smile. How much I hate it. Shiva couldn't help but think

All 3 of them left for Somnath Beach, it was a nice secluded area with not much noise.

The 3 of them sat near the sand staring as the water waves hit each other and then fell back into a puddle. She could sit here forever and still not get bored she thought

From afar, they saw a girl in a dress. Not necessarily short but she didn't look comfortable in it

“Log aise kapde pehenthe hi kyun hai jab woh usme khud comfortable na ho” ritwik commented

“Shayad kisi aur ke liye apne aap ko badal rahi ho” shiva added while looking at Raavi

“Meri maano toh kabhi kisi ke liye badalna nahi chahiye, Agar koi insaan apko apne aap ko badalne ko kahe toh woh apka apna nahi hai. Apke apne aap ko waise hi pyaar karenge jaise aap ho.” she replied while staring back at the waves

“Lekin agar aap kisi ko bohot pasand karte ho, toh aap unhe paane ke liye koi bhi haad tak jaoge na” ritwik added

“Apne aap ko ek uncomfortable position mein dalke koi bhi apne pyaar ka ehsaas nahi dila sakta. Aap apne aap ko badalne ki koshish tab karoge jab aap khud confident nahi ho” she replied softly

Ritwik excused himself and went to buy a few snacks nearby

“Tune kabhi bhi kisiko badalne ki koshish nahi ki?” shiva finally asked

“Jab se zindagi ko uske asli mayne se samjhna shuru kiya hai, tabse kisiko bhi badalna nahi chaha hai maine. Ek kahani sunao?”

Shiva just nodded

Ek baade se mehel mein ek Princess thi. Uss Princess ko bachpaan se sab kuch mila, lekin woh bas ek sacha dost chahthi thi. Ek din Raani ne unke dost ke bache se Princess ki dosti karwane ki sochi.

Lekin woh dono humesha se ladte the. Lekin uss princess ko uss ladaku chokru se laadke koi apna pan mehsus hota tha. Dono ko pata hi nahi chala kab ladte ladte apni bachpan kho di. Princess ne hamesha ek Prince ka sapna dekha, ek aise prince jo usse ek safed ghode mein uttake le jaye.

Uss mangadat sapne mein kho kar ussne kabhi apne asli prince ko dekha hi nahi. Jaise taise waqt guzara Princess ko haqeekat ka andaza hogaya. Usne humesha socha ki uska aag boy kabhi nahi badlega lekin ek din aaya jab woh pura ka pura badal gaya.

Woh ladaku chokru bilkul humari Princess ke sapne wala Prince ban gaya lekin woh princess usse samajha nahi paayi ki usse koi prince nahi balki uske aag ka gola chahiye “ she completed and silently left
