CHAPTER 7

“Kahan ja rahi hai tu jaaneman” ritwik called out to Raavi

Raavi turned around to check whether anyone was around or not. Ritwik was unknowingly helping Raavi a lot but she didn't want to give him the wrong idea

“Ritwik, woh wahan table pe jo bhi-”

“Ayy narayan itna kya explanation de rahi hai. Mujhe pata hai ki tu bhi mujhe pasand karti hai. Aur maine yahan aane se pehle papa se humaari shaadi ki baat kar li hai, tu tension mat le samjhi” he said nonchalantly

Raavi stood rooted to her spot, What did he just say. Shaadi? Papa? Pasand? This is wrong, it is all going very very wrong. Ritwik who stood there staring at Raavi’s shocked face bursts out into laughter

“Main mazak kar raha tha Narayan, tu toh seriously le gayi” he said while clutching his stomach and laughing

“Tu pagal hai kya! Tujhe pata hai mein kitna darr gayi thi” she said while placing her hand on her thudding heart

“Mujhe pata hai ki tu yeh sab Shiva ko jealous karne ke liye kar rahi hai.” he confessed

“Tujhse kaise pata?” asked a confused Raavi

“Saaf saaf dikhta hai ki tum dono ek dusre se pyaar karte ho. Aur humara shiva toh hai hi slow types. Toh mein samajh gaya” he said while putting his arm in between hers

“Itna obvious hai kya?” she asked

“Haan meri maa, tum dono hamesha se aise hi the. Ek dusre ke bina ek din nahi kat tha tha tum dono ka. Tu Dev Dev bol ke shiva ke peeche jaati thi. Aur woh chipkali dur reh dur reh bolke tere peeche aata tha” he said while smiling

“Pata nahi yaar Ritwik, zindagi bas din ba din complicate hoti ja rahi hai. Jab bhi shiva aur mein humare rishte mein ek kadam aage lete hai, situations aise aajate hai ki hum wapas 100 kadam piche chale jaate hai.” she sighed while telling

“Tu karna kya chahti hai Narayan?”

“Mujhe usse bulwana hai ki woh mujhse pyaar karta hai.” she said with determination

“Tu pehla step kyun nahi leti?”

“Maine koshish ki Ritwik ,Lekin Shiva khud ko kam samajhta hai. Jiss din uske mann se mein woh inferirotiy complex nikal doon, woh bole ya na bole mein apni feelings bata dungi usse” she replied

“Aur tu yeh kaise karne wali hai?” he asked in return

“Pata nahi, I see him react when we are together-”

“Haan dekha maine, uska bass chale toh aaj toh woh mujhe maar hi deta. Tujhe pata hai kaise ghur raha tha woh mujhe. Baap re baap, full gunda type hai tera banda” he said

Tera banda that just sounded so right , raavi thought

“Ab mere bande ko line pe laanke ki baari aagayi hai” she said

“Aur iss mein , main tumhare saath hoon.” he said

Neither of them realized when they ended up coming out of the house, and when they reached the streets

“Chal, Wapas chalte hai” Ritwik says

“Haan chal dher ho rahi hai”

As they walk ahead, Raavi sees Disha standing near the window to the storeroom in Pandya Niwas

“Yeh chudail jaati kyun nahi” Raavi cursed

“Yeh kaun hai be? Aisa kya ghoor rahi hai kamre ke andar?“ Ritwik asked confusedly

“Woh mera aur Shiva ka kamra hai, khadi hai mere paati ko tadne ke liye” raavi said while cursing her

“Agar aisi baat hai, toh usse RiVi ka pyaar bhi dikha dete hai” he said with a smirk

“Ritwik tu kya karne ki soch raha hai? I know that look on your face always ends us up in some trouble” she asked curiously

“Tujhe yaad hai kaise humne uss Pallavi ke upar ande phenke, kyunki usne humse panga liya” Ritwik started

And raavi knew how this would end, but she was up for it.

“Lets put her back in her place” Ritwik said with mischief in his eyes

“Chal” she said while holding his hand

Raavi and Ritwik silently make their way to Raavi’s room. Her room was adjacent to the window leading to the storeroom. Without a warning, Ritwik took an egg and threw it down on Disha

“Raavi neeche jhukk” he whispered while pulling her down

“ughh mujhe phenkna tha Ritwik!!” she whined

“Arrey tu bhi kar, yeh chudail yahan se bhaagne wali nahi dikh rahi” he said while peeking up to see if she went

“Ayy yeh kya ganda mazak hai?!?? Kisne phenka mujhe anda!! Samne aake toh dikhaa” Disha screamed while turning 360*

Raavi found this an a perfect opportunity to smack one more egg, right in the middle of her head. What a shot Raavi, she thought to herself, Mentally praising herself.

Sunn Vaishu SO gayi hai maine post kar dala hai tu le le spot apna 2nd number ka! 🥳🤡🤣
