Holaaa amigos! This one is based on the current track, and it was a very spontaneous and in-the-spur-of-the-moment kind of piece for me. I was writing a second part for Tease when I suddenly felt like writing this so here we are. It's not the best, but it's just something I would like to see. Obviously, things in the show won't be solved in such a simple manner, but that's what FF's are for :)

Drabble #4:

Shiva entered Pandya Niwas and let out a sigh of relief. He could finally breathe properly. He had come back home after dropping Disha off on insistence from his mother. He had refused to go at first and volunteered for Krish to go, but due to Krishs' injuries, he couldn't go. So Shiva roughened up his heart and went to drop off the new girl hesitantly.

He didn't like Disha. She was annoying. Her toothy grin irritated him. Her incessant and unnecessary sticking to him fueled him with fire, and not of the good kind. Her presence around him suffocated him to the point of no return. He was glad that she was now gone. On their way over to her house, he had made it clear to her that his eyes, heart, and soul were centered around one person only: Raavi, his chipkali. He wouldn't have it any other way.

As he walked inside, he remembered the look on Raavi's face just before he left and his heart pricked with pain. A lot had happened today and he needed to talk to her as soon as possible. As he searched for her, he noticed none of his family members were around. He heard loud noises from the terrace and figured everyone was there. Everyone but one person.

Shiva came to a halt when Raavi entered his vision from the side and grabbed his arm. He looked down at her tight grip upon his forearm and quirked his eyebrows up in question.

"Aagaya tu? Paanch minute ka raasta tha aur tujhe ghar aane mein bees minute lage!" Raavi stated, her tone laced with unadulterated fury and accusation. She dug her fingers into his skin and started dragging him along before he could say anything.

"Ae..chipkali, yeh tu kya kar rahi hai?! Aur yeh aise kyun bol rahi thi? Der hogayi. Navratri ka time, raaste mein log mil gaye, baatein karne lag gaye, ussmein meri kya galati?" Shiva asked perplexed. What was going on in her mind?

Raavi shot him a glare. She dragged him into the bathroom and pulled him under the shower. Before Shiva could comprehend her actions, Raavi opened the showerhead above him.

Cold water pelted down upon Shiva and his eyes narrowed at Raavi. He tolerated the cold for a few seconds to gather his bearings and lunged forward to grab Raavi's arm soon after.

"Tera dimaag kharab hogaya hai kya?!" Shiva growled.

"Haan hogaya hai! Teri uss Disha ne mere dimaag ka dasha hi kuch aisa kar diya hai. Dekha tha maine kaise woh tujhe pakad kar baithi thi scooty pe. Tujh par se usske kitanu mita rahi hoon. Acche se naha lena." Raavi blurted out. She threw a loofah at him for added effect.

Shiva's anger dissipated and amusement started to grow in place of it. His chipkali really was something else. A sensation of longing overtook his senses and he started acting upon it.

Shiva didn't loosen his hold on her arm and instead, dragged her into the shower with him. Raavi shrieked as the cold water rained down on her.

"Shiva chhod!!! Kya kar raha hai?! Yeh bahot thanda hai." Raavi squirmed under his hold and tried to set herself free.

"Tere garam dimaag ko thanda kar raha hoon. Tu meri help kar rahi thi na? Maine socha kyun na main bhi tere ehsaan ko return karun." Shiva answered calmly, a hint of mischief in his voice.

Shiva lifted his other arm which was not holding her hand, and wrapped it around her waist, pulling her closer to him. She was warm to the touch and he felt her warmth elicit a jolting electric current to course through his body.

Raavi looked up at him with a scowl but when she saw the small smile on his face, her face instantly relaxed. She shifted closer to him and rested her hands against his chest, not realizing that Shiva had released her hand from his grasp a while back. His hands now laid upon her waist comfortably. A tingling sensation ran up Raavi's spine, making her tremble.

Their overall proximity rendered them both speechless at that moment. The coldness of the water didn't register in either of their minds anymore.

But when Raavi's teeth started to chatter, Shiva immediately turned off the water and pushed her out. He grabbed a towel and wrapped it around her.

At first, Raavi was surprised by his gesture, but the underlying care behind his action made her feel giddy from inside.

"Yahan pe sirf ek hi towel hai. Tu ja. Kamre mein apna kapda badal le." Shiva nodded his head towards the door and pushed her gently.

"Aur tu? Tu bhi toh bheeg gaya hai...Nahi, Shiva. Tu pehle ja. Main yahan rukti hoon na." Raavi answered back softly.

"Pehle tu. Phir jab tu change kar legi, mere liye kapde yahan le aana. Main intezaar karta hoon. Agar aise bahar gaya toh sab hazaron sawaal puchenge. Ab tu ja varna tu bimaar hojayegi. Phoolkumari hai na? Tere nazuk shareer se yeh thand zyada der tak handle nahi hoga. Ja." Shiva responded.

Raavi left hastily, muttering, "Nazuk hoga tu aur tera khaandaan bhootnath. Main toh kaafi strong hoon. Kitna kuch jhela hai inn kuch dinon mein..."

Shiva heard it all. Her last sentence made him frown. He knew she had been through a lot, not only in the past couple of days but today as well. He was going to make sure she was alright. He vowed to make things better.

About five minutes later, Raavi knocked on the door and handed him a towel and his clothes. He got dressed as quickly as possible and ran out as if his life depended on it.

When he entered his...no, their room, he found Raavi tidying up her clothes.

He was glad to have found her alone.

"Raavi, tujhse kuch baat karni hai."

Raavi snapped her head towards him and gazed at him with curiosity. "Bol."

Shiva walked closer to her and replied. "Aaj jo woh Anita wala drama hua, mujhe usske baare mein sab kuch jaanna hai. Uss aurat par main ek percent trust bhi nahi karta. Tu darrna mat. Main tere saath hoon. Tu mujhe jo chahe bata sakti hai."

Raavi's lips quivered at his words and tears pooled around the edges of her eyes. She sniffled and blinked back her tears in hopes of recollecting herself.

"Tu aise ro kyun rahi hai?" Shiva whispered. His hands automatically reached out to catch a tear that had managed to fall from her eyes.

"Kyunki mujhe lag raha tha ki koi mera vishwas nahi karega." Raavi managed to choke out.

Shiva's heart clenched at her defeated voice. He grabbed her hand with his and drew circles on her palm, feeling her relax slowly.

"Khud apni behen ke khilaf bol rahi thi toh kuch toh hua hoga haina? Lekin kisi ne meri baaton ko samajhne ki koshish hi nahi ki. Shiva, main jhoot nahi bol rahi thi. Maine sach mein Anita di ko Gaumbi ke photo ke saath pakda tha. Jab main woh photo jalane gayi, Anita di toh mujhse ladh baithi. Mujh par haath bhi uthane ki koshish-" Raavi stopped mis-sentence not knowing whether she should divulge all the details to Shiva.

"Ek minute. Tune kya bola? Uss gadhedi ne tujhe maarne ki koshish ki?!" Shiva roared.

Raavi sputtered at a loss for words. His reaction was exactly as expected, but she didn't want him creating a scene, at least not right now.

"Raavi. Sach bol. Ussne sach mein tujh par haath uthaya?" Shiva asked gruffly.

Raavi nodded meekly.

'Usski itni himmat! Usse chhodunga nahi main." Shiva thundered out loud and stepped backward, aiming towards the door.

"Shiva nahi! Abhi nahi please. Tu abhi kuch nahi karega." Raavi pleaded, grabbing his hand.

"Kyun? Jab tujhe sach pata hai toh hum kyun nahi kuch bol sakte?" Shiva asked in frustration.

"Kyunki saboot nahi hai. Abhi koi mera vishwas nahi karega. Humme saboot chahiye. Please. Aaj waise bhi bahot tamasha hogaya hai. Mujhse aur bardasht nahi hoga." Raavi spoke in an exhausted tone. A yawn followed her soon after, portraying just how tired she was.

Shiva gave in to her, seeing her so worn-out. "Theek hai. Lekin sirf tu keh rahi hai issliye. Tujhe pata hai na Raavi mujhe tujh pe poora bharosa hai. Main tera saath dunga. Tujhe kisi bhi cheez mein meri zarurat padi, toh bejhihak bol dena. Hum milkar uss Anita ka pardafash karenge."

For the first time in a few days, a genuine smile made its way onto Raavi's face. She was grateful to have Shiva by her side. She couldn't do it all alone.

Raavi's beaming face brought a sense of peace to Shiva's heart in return.

A comfortable silence settled in between them.

When Raavi yawned again, she knew it was time to leave but just as she took a step towards the door, Shiva stopped her. "Ruk. Kahan ja rahi hai?"

"Sone ja rahi hoon. Bahot neend aarahi hai."

"Yahin par soja. Bahar jaane ki zarurat nahi hai." Shiva declared.

"Par Shiva..." Raavi protested.

"Ae chipkali." Shiva retorted in a no-nonsense tone. "Mujhe iss baare mein aur behes nahi karni. Tu yahin soyegi. Uss raat ko bhi maine tujhe yahin bola tha na. Meri baat maan jaati toh sab log humme bistar ke neeche nahi paate."

"Ussmein mera kya dosh?! Sab teri zidd ki wajah se hua tha." Raavi huffed.

Shiva scoffed in return and remained silent. Nonetheless, Raavi walked back to the bed and started preparing to sleep. She couldn't lie that she missed the comfort of this bed...their bed.

Shiva smiled at her back and locked the door. He didn't want anyone snooping around. He walked back to the other side of the bed and started setting his mattress on the floor.

Raavi broke the silence. "Shiva, sab log toh abhi bhi jaag rahe hai? Woh humme dhoondte hue aagaye toh?" She asked, rubbing her eyes tiredly.

"Tu usski chinta mat kar. Main Krish ko abhi ek message bhej dunga."

Raavi laid down on the bed and sighed in relief. She finally felt a bit lighter but something else was still bothering her. She looked over to see Shiva lying on the floor on his mattress. She felt bad and wanted to call him up to sleep beside her, but their current situation didn't allow her to do so. Her heart pained at the thought.

Raavi chewed on her lip in contemplation before she decided to clear her doubts once and for all. She couldn't keep it in anymore. Ever since that Disha had arrived, it had started to eat her up from within.

"Shiva? Tu so gaya kya?"

"Nahi. Kya hua?"

"Woh...main. Main kuch puchna chahti hoon. Kya..k-kya tu sach mein uss Disha se shaadi karega?" Raavi squeezed her eyes shut, hoping it would give her some reprieve from the answer she was about to hear. She had mentally prepared herself for it, but what Shiva said shocked her further.

Shiva had hesitated before answering but after the talk they just had, he decided to be sincere. He owed that much at least to both himself and her. He had bottled up far too many things within him and he was just tired of it all. He wanted the burden of at least this one thing to be removed. "Pagal hogayi hai kya? Tu khud usske kitanu mere upar se mita rahi thi aur ab yeh puch rahi hai? Seedha jawab chahiye toh main bol hi deta hoon. Nahi karunga koi dusri shaadi. Na kisi Disha se, aur naahi kisi aur se. Uss ladki ko maine sab kuch sach sach bata diya hai. Aur agar woh phir waapas aayi maa ke bolne par, toh usse phirse bhaga dunga. Koi aur ladki ke liye mere zindagi mein jagah nahi hai."

Shiva was glad they weren't facing one another. The darkness of the room also made it easier for him to speak. If he were to talk to her while looking into her doe-eyes, he would find himself stammering, no doubt. He waited for Raavi's reaction and heard her sigh deeply before a soft thud was heard against her pillow.

Hearing Shiva's words, Raavi felt her heartbeat quicken. She felt a huge burden lift off of her and she let her head fall back against the pillow. She snuggled into her pillow, feeling her entire body succumb to the peace she felt at that moment, something which had been a rare case for her in the past few weeks. She couldn't put into words how elated she felt. Things finally seemed to be moving in the appropriate direction.

"Toh phir kis ladki ke liye jagah hai teri zindagi mein?" Raavi wondered out loud, still pondering over his words. She didn't realize he would hear her. But when she received his answer, it knocked the breath out of her.

"Sirf aur sirf meri biwi ke liye." Shiva declared.
