Here it is! The small post-wedding pre-wedding vibe drabble 😉😘 Imagine what they'll do afterwards yourself 🤣
Shiva closed his eyes as he heard the quiet chime of the payals. Turning to her, he noticed how she walked out of the bathroom, drying her hair. Out of all the colors she could have picked... she picked blue. Dark navy blue. His favorite color.
She stopped when she noticed him staring in the mirror. Rolling her eyes, she turned to him and raised a brow. Shiva's eyes narrowed as he turned away from her, disgruntled. Raavi scoffed as she turned back to the mirror. She grabbed her long hair, exposing her back, not really paying attention to the danger lurking behind her.
She's doing this on purpose...
Shiva's hands clenched into fists as he thought about the woman who became his "better-half." For someone who always prided herself to be prim and proper, she sure was lazy to the bones... Every task she did was half-finished... including the navy and white kurta she wore right now. The kurta was fine, properly fitted to her curves and somehow highlighting her beauty. What was not fine though was the dori... Like usual, she left the dori untied.
It wouldn't have concerned him... but in her sleep, when she turned around, her kurta would slightly slip off her shoulders... giving him a view he wished he hadn't in the middle of the night... that too, when she pressed her body flush against his... seeing her exposed shoulder did nothing to salvage the situation.
She must get some sort of sick pleasure...
Initially, he would throw blankets in her direction, covering her so she wouldn't tempt him so late at night. But, it didn't take long for her to kick the blankets off, and before the end of the night, he would be back to square one. Frustrated and tired while Somnath's Princess continued to get the best night of sleep she could.
So he went up a level. Instead of throwing blankets in her direction, he would slowly, but surely, lean over to tie the dori himself while she hugged him. He was always in an awkward position, somehow being able to hear his own heartbeat as his fingers looped around the strings. And whenever she nuzzled into him? Well, his toes would curl as a wave of bursts traveled through him.
Sometimes it took him two minutes, and other times it took him two hours, to tie the dori. But, the end result was the same each time. He was left breathless and frustrated each and every time... especially for something as simple as tying a dori!
And worse yet, she would never have her own reactions. It was always him. It didn't matter what she was doing. She could be wearing his favorite colors, she could be brushing her fingers against him as she gave him tea, or she could demand he carry all the bags whenever they go to the market to buy vegetables. It was always him who stole a second look, it was him who felt chest tightness, it was him who felt as though his words were stolen.
Before the wedding, he had an amazing grip on her. She would tremble whenever she saw him. She would be the one looking for comebacks. And now, being the cunning mastermind she was, she flipped the tables...
"Ey Maami Ki Behen Ki Beti," he muttered as his hands clenched into fists. He loathed this partiality. How dare she make him feel emotions she shouldn't. How dare she ignore him and his emotions? He knew she was a villain, but this was too much. A supervillain like her was supposed to be obsessed with his every action, his every expression... Instead, she ignored him and stepped all over him.
Raavi turned around just as he trapped her against the dresser. He placed both his arms on either side of her and leaned forward, "Mujhe bilkul nahin pasand hai," he angrily whispered into her ear.
"K-kya?" for perhaps the first time in their marriage, he saw a trace of fear in her eyes and he couldn't help but curl his lips upward. Leaning closer to her, he reached forward, hoping to brush aside a wet lock that distracted him from fully appreciating her fear. "Shiva?" Raavi whispered just as he turned up, looking at the expansive back that was left exposed.
"Aap ise jaanaboojhakar kar rahe hain, hai na?" he leaned forward as his finger curled around her dori string. He tugged on the dori as he pulled her flush against him, "Theek hai, main bhee jaanaboojhakar aisa kar raha hoon," he leaned forward and gently pressed his lips against the crook of her neck.
He couldn't help but enjoy the way she curled up against him. Finally... the reaction I was waiting for. He kissed her again, this time making sure to trail just a little bit higher, and unknown to him, Raavi smirked as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
She won. Again.
Avi!! You the best!! Keep them coming ❤

And I love him for doing so ❤️ It's probably why Kanwar finds Kinshuk as an extension of his family. I'm fairly sure KD has learned a lot from Kinshuk (especially since Kinshuk's journey was long and hard too)
