You know a lot of us have been asking⌠why are Raaviâs friends so mean and shallow? Does she not have friends who are solid individuals?
So my bestie and I had quite a journey. It took us many many years to grow into who we are today. We had lots of fights, realizations and growth. Over the years, we always made sure to be there for one another but also help each other grow, even if it means saying something the other person does not want to hear. Of course, over time we have learned how to go about this in a healthier and more mature way. And on the flip side, how to listen and accept words of advice. We always point out red flags to each other, call each other on the otherâs BS and offer the most honest advice we can. Truly, Iâm proud of how far we have come.
Coming to Raavi⌠if any of her friends had been solid individuals who have her best interest in mind and want her to grow into a well rounded person - the first thing they would have pointed out is Dev. It was clear as day that she was so wrong about Devâs feelings for her. Her fairytale world was far away from reality. A friend wouldnât be harsh (knowing her insecurities and coping mechanism) but would slowly point out ways in which Raavi is misreading the situation. A true friend would never have let this get to the mandap unless it was truly impossible to help Raavi understand.
Another point would be Raaviâs lack of ambition and her not having a single goal aside from being a Pandya Bahu. I think the most healthiest push in my life came from my friends. We have guided each other through school, college, jobs, etc⌠there were points were I didnât feel as ambitious but I had people who reminded me why all this was important to me. My friends have always reminded me of the importance of financial independence and of having something to look forward to in life⌠a new benchmark and goal to achieve. And vice versa⌠I have done the same for them.
If Raavi had genuine friends, her outlook towards life would be different. She would have grown and evolved over the years. Now that I think about it, it makes complete sense that her friends are the way they are. Yes, one shouldnât be judged by their friends but the kind of people you attract does say something about you.
Yeah⌠I just wrote another essay đ¤Ł

Btw I have a theoryâŚ. No question actuallyâŚ
Did Raavi go to college outside of Somnath?I always thought Shiva was a part of her college life despite not attending himself. Maybe picking her up? Dropping her to college? Or knowing what classes she takes? I thought her friends at least knew him as her family friend.
But forget Shiva, they donât seem to know Dev. It seems like her friends are not aware of her Pandya Family Universe. Plus they canât all be out of town during her wedding. Especially one that was planned (with Dev it was).
Any thoughts?
This makes so much sense. But did she not ask Dev to drop her to college in one of the episodes.
Maybe she was friendly on a superficial level with all of them and never shared personal details đ¤ˇââď¸ Sneha might have been a school friend and hence knows most of the story.
And looks like she did not call her college friends for her wedding. That Rajeev or Sudesh guy was mock angry for not being invited, right? Maybe these people are not actually important to her đ¤ˇââď¸
I think Rahul was actually Rajeev right đ¤Ł

I think sneha she shared all her feelings about dev but maybe with the guys she didnt feel comfortable sharing this? the two guys she mentioned on her insta and how all four were good friends and had fun in college. But we cant forget how fast the wedding date was fixed and in a few days the wedding happened. Those guys said they were in mumbai and were there for over four months. The yatra friends seemed more like acquaintance type friends from college.
Seducing Chattan Pandya đ¤Ł
Haven't done any hw. No idea if I can today.
I pray with my whole soul for tmrw to be a good episode. I need a good episode. My college is driving me up the wallđł
Prayer circle for tmrw. Please Universe - let tmrw be good
