That was another weird thing I felt so OTT in that scene. I mean..one minute she was damn upset and worried abt shivas attitude. The next second she is laughing and scrolling on SM..OK..I get that we do checkout sm even when things are all messed up..but the mood doesn't change so abruptly like that...

Vaise toh they're still not really communicating. Shiva ghuse mein 4 baatein bolta hai...Raavi ko 2 samaj aati hai...aur phir kuch random 1 line bolti hai and scene over 🤔 it doesn't help that all of it gets diluted with the dragging...vulnerable Shiva has morphed into a mean and angry Shiva 🤔

Anth bhala for me would be them wanting to be with each other without the family pressures❤️ I'll even forget all of this randomness, and just watch a curated vm for the entire track 🤪

Which is also possible- ITV won't show it, but there is a distinct possibility that Raavi never falls in love and continues with comfortable companionship. She is ok to wish that.

Shiva is also entitled to not want that. Where he stands, he does not want companionship- and he is perfectly ok wishing for more. And knowing that he might not get it, he wants to maintain a distance and not invest anymore in a relationship which is going to give him more pain.

I feel the mistake that Shiva is doing is that he is not clinically cutting off. He should just take a divorce and end the drama. Of course, he is probably considering other things- a part of him might not want to let go, the family will react badly, society will talk etc. But while he is deciding, he should NOT be taking out his anger at Raavi.

Exactly I think this is what they want to show.

But for us to connect to Raavi, we need to know what exactly she thinks- she might be feeling that Shiva would never want to be with her( she is maami ki behen ki beti) or being rejected at the altar has disillusioned her about love and she isn't ready(is afraid) to take a chance so soon; she is afraid that Shiva might abandon her - the family might abandon her hence thinking tolerating everything thrown her way is a better option. In fact after all that they have shown Raavi go through, I would have been okay with her emotionally distant from everyone- she is not throwing blame around for what happened; understands some of it is her own fault but yet she cannot bring herself to trust the same manner again. Idk if I am making sense?

Shiva- I think all of us already connect to what he is going through. His feelings and even breakdown has been better explored. He is not wrong in wanting more but the way he behaves with her doesn't sit well either. Maybe he doesn't want to ask for divorce as it would make Raavi's condition in society more precarious; hence he remains emotionally distant. That would have been totally fine without the constant taunts and pushing around. They could have shown us each time why he is feeling unworthy of her but no need to taunt her each time.

I have been demanding Raavi breakdown since haveli times but at this point I am not sure with whom I want her to have a breakdown- not maami not Anita not Dhara not Rishita not even Shiva at this point definitely not Suman. Krish is still a child ( no idea about the age thing still confused) gaumbi seems closer to Rishita than Raavi while I definitely cannot take a breakdown with Dev as audience

But seriously, the way they're writing Raavi is baffling to me. Tho your ressoning makes sense, I don't get her. Her supposedly strong feelings for Dev...but still moving on from him so quickly... Now her lack of awareness re Shiva's insecurities...ladki ko kab akal aaegi???
