I don't know. I know it's out in front of Dev and Shiva. Whether they've communicated with others is not known yet.

@ Bold, could you please elaborate on your perspective on why you prefer surrogacy through Raavi? Just curious because right now, I just see it as more suffering for Raavi.

Not through raavi but they should go for surrogacy n not adoption...

The same time Shiva did. GauRa were having discussions on kids after Janu called Gaumbi Namard. Shiva and Dev were walking by and heard it and they had their own moments. Then they creepily admired Dhara and did her Mandir Sthapna.

Well we are in this year 2021- many women- most who have gone through 4to5 year college/ professional degree DO have children after 30. (actors too- Shiny is 30. so are many recent moms of tvland)

My mom was a working woman- I am her first child- She was 30 when I was born.

I had my first child at 30, second at 32.

it is NORMAL.

30 is not old.

I know so many of my classmates who had child mid-30s. it is wayyyyyyyy normal.

Now coming to GauRa.

Have they had a check-up done post stopping pills? No.

Are they confirmed - confirmed they won't be able to have a biological child? No.

Can ITV for a change address this issue that 30 is NOT old. it is not all over. One does not need to get a surrogate, one definitely does not need to remarry (disgusting-est option).

The couple has a CHOICE- to have kids or not.

IVF is common than you think.

B. If surrogacy:

Why Raavi or Rishita? or even Anita?

Why can't they have the option to have their own child first?

Why this emotional pressure on any of the young ones????

( I am appaled at 5% Raavi choice- W.H.Y.??? what is the reason or logic?)

Why it is assumed that Dhara has a problem?

The problem could be with a man as well.

Voted for IVF. If thatt fails- adoption.

Not sure how many folks here have seen ITV over the years- Surrogacy almost always is introduced as a way to involve a third angle. Some nonsense about the man falling in love with the "mother" of child(the surrogate) 🤢 I don't ever remember seeing a non-problematic surrogacy track on ITV.

Unless PS is going to find an extremely sensitive way to do it(doubt it- may not appease TRP audience), I would like them to stay far far away from surrogacy

Even Dhara and Raavi can converse- Dhara vents about hearing taunts about bhagodi ki beti and the being childless and how she doesn't want her child ever to hear such thing. Both of them promising to protect the child from this harsh world with every thing they have.

Krish and Rishita could be shown instrumental in making Suman come around. We can have a Rishita Dev convo where she talks that she has never wanted anything in life because of her father; she grew up spoiled yet there must be so many children there who grow up alone showing us a softer side of Rishita. Rishita spoiling the child more than others

This is purrrrfect, I swear. And it would give us so many Shivi scenes too!!! The possibilities are endless, haye haye!! 😊

B. I don't know if your post was directed at me or just what makers are planning. In case it was for me, I just want to clarify that this was purely based on some articles that came out. If they ever go through surrogacy, I do not want it to be through Raavi. I agree, IVF is common. Dhara is 29 (on her wedding bday she was 19). Agreed, my mom had me at 31 and my brother at 36. And it could also be Gaumbi. I simply stated these options as one of the articles mentions that Dhara finds out that she has complications and can't bare kids and Raavi decides to be the surrogate. No clue how realible it is. But if that's the case, I am assuming that they visited the doctor and had it checked out.

C. I was against any family members especially Raavi/Rishu carrying Gaumbi's baby especially after I learned the procedures of surrogacy. But when you state it @Bold that puts things in perspective not so many different ways and it's absolutely gross.

D. Having kids is a choice 100%. But based on the previous episodes, it seems that both want to have kids now. And if they aren't able to, how else can they have kids.

E. Agree, IVF is a solution and personally know friends and relatives who have and are going through that procedure right now. Some are going through multiple rounds. And no one thinks anything of it. In fact, the procedures to some extent are similar for surrogacy as they are for IVF, so definitely want them to opt for IVF. However, if that isn't successful, I prefer they adopt. I don't want surrogacy. And if they go they route, hope they get a non family member.

They had made Raavi talking to Dhara about giving her child to her , when she was trying to convince Dhara for her & Dev’s shaadi.

So now Dil mein darr hai,

PS creatives have lately caught up on bhabhima =devima bug. And can Torture with such ridiculous ideas.

Infact, they have scope to carry on this track in a very sensitive & practical manner.

I am very speechless thinking about the possibility of even 1% of those rumors coming true 🤢 Considering the CVs track record with the other tracks, I really hope they steer clear from such a track... I have zero confidence they would do justice to the track, especially with the amount of unwanted comedy/filler scenes they've been sprinkling in.

That being said, interestingly enough, while I was in the hospital in the past month, I was able to scrub into a case where I saw a C-section of a first time mother (who went through IVF). She was 36 years old and she mentioned wanting another child, through IVF, 2 years later as she had a few more frozen eggs. Most first-time mothers, at least in the state I live in, were about 29-34 years old (which is just about the age range Dhara will be), and despite their reasons, they waited to have a child because it was their choice.

Assuming Pandya Store will take a progressive route (which I think is unlikely considering their track record and with how they've made Dev, Shiva, and Krish highly dependent on Dhara), I would love to see a track of Gaumbi and Dhara going to the hospital to speak to an OB/GYN doctor on their own accord. Although Raavi, Shiva, Dev, Krish, and Suman might be excited to meet and see the next generation, I don't want any of them being the ones to pressure/prod Dhara and Gaumbi into going to see the doctor. Dhara and Gaumbi are adults... I want to see them relying on each other, giving each other strength, and telling each other that it is okay if it doesn't work out in the end.

In the OG, there was a small scene of Mulla's period pains with Kathir taking care of her. CVs could honestly adapt the scene right now by showing Raavi's period pains. Shiva could take her to the hospital along with Dhara, and they could meet an OB/GYN who tells Raavi that certain medications could cause increased bleeding. After Raavi and Shiva leave the scene, Dhara could stay back and inquire more about medications (i.e., long-term birth control) and pregnancy. She could then bring Gaumbi back to the hospital to learn more about IVF, and if IVF is a failure, they could consider adoption (PS could even show the struggles of adopting older children as most people tend to want to adopt infants).

The adoption track could also be tied back to Rishita with Rishita wondering why the family was not willing to take in her family, but they were quick to take in a stranger child into the house. It could really open the doors for the show to explain what family is.
