why did Raavi not throw away that diary after that fiasco was over! Why does she still have to use same one?

I think today’s episode was more about Ravi‘s journey to a realisation, and giving her a momentum for the future. She successfully confronted the demons of her past, analysed her present, and also probably will start mulling over her future now.

It goes back to relate to the previous one where Raavi was trying hard to keep pace with his walk. His momentum lulled her out of her inertia and took her to leap forward in her life.

Similarly, today his words jolted her to a reality that had been needing her attention from a long time.


I would definitely call this a leap of faith trying to cut off the parachute of The past. Now that she is free plummeting, and when she does that due to gravity, her safety net will be there to hold on tight at the rock bottom.

Today was the start of Raavi's journey towards her Shiva. The exact moment when Shiva says it's time to change paths..we see her holding his name...what a symbolic scene

I love your reference to the scene where Raavi is trying to keep pace with Shiva... today she has finally reached the starting point of the race...but Shiva has now gone 100 steps back💔

Loved how the diary scene was enacted with just Shivi ❤️ The entries started with her thoughts about Shiva and him being a constant ladaku villain in her life. Shiva's reactions was to that was of course to banter with her. But when she starts talking about her dreams with Dev, he's speechless. That when the hurt begins.💔

I still think that being kirane ki dukaan doesn't bother him as much as being compared to Dev. Not saying that his self-worth issues aren't there...but more that he can rationalize it for himself...it's when he realizes that him not being Dev has ruined her life that causes him pain. I'm excited to see how Raavi is going to tackle both these issues.

For the Shivi confrontation, I did think that it would be Shiva who was going to call himself gawar first. But I'm glad that Raavi didn't call him those words. Yea, she called him jungli and that was hurtful too, but to me, it's not as derogatory as the rest of it. The only thing that bugged me was her thinking ke Shiva ke diary padhne se, it somehow negates her guilt for what her friend did. Imo, she should still feel guilty for the resultant pain that Shiva is suffering. 😔

Also noticeable that Shiva doesn't want to break the rishta ...yea, he was drunk but he couldn't bring himself to actually even say the words ke rishta khatam...woh words zubaan par hi nahi aaye 😔 end mein, he says rasta badal ne ka waqt aa gaya but woh rasta bhi Raavi ke saath hi chalna hai.

Lastly, thank god that gadhedi Raavi finally decided to get rid of that diary. I still don't get how she was still writing in that same one, but koi nahi. It's served its purpose leaving Raavi to burn off her past. Great song choice and flashbacks, especially their sequence and timing. She now seems fully ready and committed to start her relationship with Shiva. ❤️

What a beautiful take on the episode. Loved reading this❤️ I remember we were discussing the dread of having promo dialogues and comparing birthday promos and episodes...I am so happy it did not play out like the promo...the episode was pure magic❤️

The diary scene was shot so well.... Shiva's being the third wheel in her Dev-Raavi world...The hurt slowly seeps in when she talks about kissing Dev....that was painful💔

@bold - the last frame with her slight smile holding Shiva's name and her realisation that Shiva is her present and future...it was so subtle but beautiful❤️

This is one of the best directed, edited and we'll written episodes of PS❤️
