A lot of times, I am actually torn between your viewpoint and everyone else's because both bring up some amazing and in-depth analyses. Sometimes I am in favor of Shiva and others I am downright disgusted by his actions and have expressed those thoughts as well.

For me, it's Raavi's day everyday. My heart goes out to her each time she is berated, manhandled, and disrespected. And I recognize that Shiva is the facilitator more than half of the time as well and for that reason I cannot love that side of him.

And I agree that a lot of what he did in the past few episodes is a product of his anger but there is pain in there as well, 10 years worth of pain. If you don't mind me suggesting, I think it might help you see why others see the pain if you watch the pre-leap episodes. Those scenes are crucial to the development of his pain and anger. In no way am I supporting him nor sympathizing with him, but just reiterating that his anger is a result of his pain.

That said, I want to bring up the OG, Jeeva-Meena progression and their story was shown beautifully😃 I sitll watch the show after 630+ episodes. Kathir and Mullai have become like Dhanam and Murthy, so my allegiance is now shifted to Jeeva and Maeena, they are still fun to watch. To make it easy for you, will give you the names

I wish I knew tamil, or at least hotstar had subtitles.i am so curious about the og show. I have heard it has some great tracks.

I have to say this mami business has helped me gravitate towards Dhara abit more. Like I haven't forgotten the danda situation, I was more upset about that they showed her as right rather than as a human who made a mistake. But this has shown me who's actually evil and who's not.

Between maami and dhara it's definitely dhara for me! I think that comparison itself is an insult to dhara 😆

Her methods are weird, questionable and outright wrong some of the times, but her intentions are almost always in the right place. I'll always hate maami too until she repents, which is impossible for an itv vamp 😆

I will. You missed the most important track that I mentioned earlier, Raavi buying a gift for Shiva's birthday. Shiva helping Raavi's mother (she is not an orphan as shown in this version) to take her to the Doctor's office when she was diagnosed with a heart condition. Raavi came to know much later as Shiva did not want her to be stressed and worry about it. Rishita did the honors, she broke the news to Raavi😆

I live in CT, USA... so that makes me EST. Sometimes you see me awake until 2AM, but that's typically because I have work I need to finish (and I am slowed down due to the forum 🤣) or because I don't need to wake up at 8AM. But I mostly stay up because of the forum 🤣

@bold- I agree Dhara for me any day. You know my dislike for Mami. Not one EDT is complete without me cribbing about her 😆 I can stopping talk about Dhara but cannot stop talking about Mami until she is off my screen for good😆
