I know that Ravi will not gonna die anyways but she is almost in that position.

Usually in real life also ppl utter such things while on there death beds.

PS : If it would have referred to some previous conversation/ discussion/ fight between shiva Ravi .. shiva would have definitely got some flashback. It's a tv show not a real life jo Shiva relate ni kar payega ya bhool jayega 😅
